Yes I had social anxiety in the past. I have been to a doctor but not for social anxiety. I think the solution is to not overthink and just say out the things you want to say most of the time.

Nice coming to a gym. I would like to ask if you guys always have sore body 2-3 days after workout. The soreness does not come immediately but always come 2-3 days later, sometimes even resulting in fever. The exercises I did are very normal dumbbell exercises or some pull-ups/push-ups. LoL his course is very bad. Crypto course is full of obstacles to stop you from taking the lessons. You have to pass a quiz with full marks to go to next lessons. Then you ended up with a stock charting course instead of crypto course. Everyday, a new video will pop up once you complete the previous day lessons. You have to literally wait 24 hours for a short video daily for first 10 days. And most of the instructors sound so dead. They were Not charismatic and enthusiastic about their work. Can you believe it? The trainer just suggested your personality is fixed.
