Well, in the bible, it says everyone sins and that people repent when they believe in Jesus. In ACIM, sin is seen as as absence of love and that everyone is still pure. Burnout happens when you do not find enough purpose in your present work so you need to look for your whys, your reasons for working there etc. Go deep to look for the meanings. When you do work, there are two main reasons for doing so. One is because you are motivated to do so, the other is because you are disciplined. Disciplined is a bit forced so it's not as good as being motivated.

Yes this work that you are doing may not have immediate tangible benefits. It is not like going through school where you will get a certificate (O levels) after graduation. There is usually no certificate involved or even if you do get a certificate sometimes, the cert is not recognized or sought after by employers. Furthermore, after studying the work, you also have to constantly practice on them. Most of the stuff you mentioned require consistent and committed practices. Have faith.

Unfortunately Paul picked someone too good for him. Paul is not just a Youtuber. He pretends to be so but he actually has dedicated coaches and gym that trains him intensely. For a developing nation like Vietnam or Romania, she may be just past her prime but in a developed country like USA, 25 years old lady is still pretty much in her prime.
