In my opinion, the opposite of love comes from pain. Take for example, you got Covid-19. You will obviously be in some sort of pain or disease. Don't tell me you are in a state of love with covid because your cells are in union together with covid virus. So anything that brings you pain will cause you to not have love. It can be anything like fire, AIDS or poison. So what does all these things do to you? They make you fearful, lazy and also you hate them.

Personal development isn't exponential. You are already divine to begin with. Say you complete a good project this month. You believe you only did it because of the personal development you did. Are you so sure about that? Are you sure that the you from 3 years ago cannot do the same project? You are getting older with each day. How can life gets exponentially better?

You call them out on the lies. Focus on the lies. Not the person. Look them in the eyes and tell them. Then move on.

Dont take it. The education loan is very high. But to be fair, I also paid off my own loan. My loan is like 24k + 40k degree + +

You can have an enlightenment experience, why can't your grandma have? You can imagine things, why can't she? You can ask for attention, why can't she?

Don't quit. You will be surprised that most company don't actually sack people for not knowing enough. Company usually sack people due to attitude problem.

It's only worth it if you are a really old person with little knowledge of internet marketing. You literally need help signing in and stuff. But if you are old, you might as well just make some payment upfront and ask a marketing company to set up your ads and online shops first instead of joining a course. Also, instead of joining a course, it might be better to just hire a young person/student to do the ads and online sales for you. You can just pay the student $6 an hour and tell him/her to do this and that and you may be amazed at what they can do because they are of a different generation.

Just stay where you are unless you have to pay rent. Do you know how much logistic and admin work is needed when moving house?

Coronavirus and other diseases. Old age. Weather. Bad food, water and air. Noise pollution

Moral character is more important. Let's say you are intelligent in a technical sense and you leave your job and you purposely leave a mess for your company because you make sure nobody can learn your stuff after you leave and you don't do proper handover. You make sure the company lose customers because of you and that everything is messed up. What happens next? People will dislike you and blacklist you. You also won't feel good towards your ex-company or ex-colleagues.

Haha I think Owen Cook gave quite deep insights. Because most of YouTube videos on pickup are typically very short (less than 20 mins), Owen tends to give deeper insights as his videos were much longer. He emphasizes on gaining experiences and tell you the best way to be efficient and even effective at these is to sign up for his courses or watch his other video.

He didn't say 'no forums' so I assume he may be lurking around. Anyway, I am checking on his progress of how many YouTube videos or social media feeds he watches or read.

Of course he's right. People need to have standards and they should not sleep around so easily, guys and girls included.

I almost unplugged by not using any social medias and YouTube. In the end, I realised I listened to some music via pure tuber (playing YouTube in background). Oh well today is day 1 again.

I also have to wonder how many times I need to install and uninstall social media like Facebook, TikTok and Instagram. My work requires me to log in and check out some stuff on social media and check whether the link is working etc. I used Facebook lite sometimes. As for music, I normally listen to puretuber which can play YouTube in the background but I think I need to get rid of it as well. Yes it's tough trying to stop all distractions. I am starting with removing social media from my phone.

Realizing you are poor at socialising is also part of the process. You will continue to grow socially.

I always feel that if you are overwhelmed, it means you are feeling insecure. Maybe even powerless. So not sure why is overwhelm at 11 and powerlessness is 22. Probably being overwhelmed is usually a temporary thing and the feeling of powerlessness is referring to a long term state of powerlessness.

Write down your notes and then do a summarized version. Next you write a book review and also invite others to talk about the book with you.
