Always be grateful. Think about what you have gained or learnt. -
There's a YouTube channel by Roger Love. He trains you how to use your vocal well.

You just have to go out there and meet girls. Don't be in your head. In my opinion, the fastest progress is when you actually have a date. Cold approach is actually not very useful until you get to the actual date. So most importantly is to ask her out for lunch/dinner.

Yes Owen is trying to reduce your ambition by telling you that you don't need to become ultra rich.
-
Actually he hardly talked about the psychology of women here.

He scored 91 goals in a single calender year. Few would believe if it's not recorded. He won Copa America and World cup with Argentina. The last time Argentina won it was with Maradona.

Everybody has his own stuff and envy to deal with. What matters most is health. If you envy someone because of their wealth, remember a wealthy fella aka Steve Jobs is dead. Of course, death may not be the worst thing. Some people chose loyalty over death.

Be non attached to unimportant things. Take responsibility for your life. Don't blame God or your destiny. No excuses. Have pure intentions. Liberate your mind.

Why are you afraid of calling the mechanic? They are there to solve your problem. Is it because they are sometimes loud and rude?

Care to share what is liberation to you? -
A friend of mine was so intensely involved I. basketball. Played and trained everyday from young to 30s. He even played for National B team eventually.

Yeah it's still a good book. I would prefer his other books though eg 48 laws of power or Mastery.

The book is based on common sense. It's mainly useful for teenagers and young adults to know more about human nature before stepping into the workforce. Most of the teachings are basic common sense (Be rational yet be balance in your approach, you can't get rid of the emotional aspects completely, see through people's masks, be empathetic, beware of your compulsions...yada yada) And the author repeats himself over and over again to appear more persuasive but ultimately there is not much retention value. You probably cannot even recite seven favourite phrases or ideas from the book 3 years after reading it.

Haha it's a bit hard to decide but I studied more of Napoleon Hill's books and even knew he was born in 1883 and died in 1970 aged 87. I will give my vote to Think and Grow rich. N. Hill is legendary.

There are 2 different version for think and grow rich. The one that's adapted for 21st century think and grow rich has more practical applications inside and 20% more stuff added. 7 habits is very well written and you can easily absorbed and used most of the points in the book as compared to other self help books. And for that, 7 habits rank above most self help books.

Eben pagan has many courses on his websites. One of them is for life coaches. You can also read Steve Chandler's book for life coaches.

Feeling your negative thoughts is trauma work. It is helpful to help you resolve or reduce extremely negative thoughts so you move towards positivity. Unlike thoughts (positive and negative) do not attract in most law of attraction books. (Different from magnets) You need to be positive and open, then you will be able to receive more positivity.

It's obvious, isn't it? Most of us are trapped by some form of identities and structure we have built? For example, you have a home, a house, a career, limiting beliefs and some form of bodily illness. You cannot really just leave everything behind and create a new one although for some of you, you can. And I can too. One of the solutions is do not overthink. Some people think their way to a suicide. I have never seen a person with a blank state think their way to that. Another sol is to take responsibility for your life.

If you fuLfill your goals to some degree, then you may still feel worth it. Next is to cultivate gratefulness.
-
Haha to overcome laziness, you need willpower and take more action. Another thing is to break free of old identities. For example, if you think of yourself as being bad at running, then you won't run well. Similarly, if you think of yourself as someone who doesn't like travelling, guess what? You won't travel. Haha.

If you set certain goals, indeed you won't be that happy when you achieved them. Men are always hungry unless they are sick (and for that they want health). Men wants more. They want love, sex, family. If they have one child, they want two without the financial baggage. They want more money. If they have 1 mil, they want 2 mil.
