  1. Beautiful, thank you for the questions!
  2. Thanks guys. Well it is from a book on Leo's booklist so I don't know if it is appropriate to share it here
  3. Had those issues as well! The throat chakra is also related to self-expression, being authentic and honest. You may find something to work on there? And here's a video by Teal Swan that could help you (especially when it comes to self-expression): All the best!
  4. Hey there, awesome work first of all. I was looking for the questions Leo stated in one of his recent videos where he talked about God. It was something along the lines like :"If I were fearless and unlimited what would I create?" and some other questions like this. Do you know where they came from and do you know the other questions? That would be aweome
  5. Hey guys! I've asked myself the question how I can be more conscious throughout the day of everything I do, feel and think. I meditate for about 3 hours (yes, sure I can still deepen my practice) but I hope there are some techniques or strategies that work while you are for example working, talking with colleagues and generally going throughout the day so that I less likely slip into old habits or neurotic behavior. I thought of binaural beats music, breathing techniques (e.g. Wim Hof Method), changing up the environment, changing up the way you do things (using e.g. using my wrong hand). Do you have any recommendations except those?
  6. Amazing suggestions, thanks for your engagement
  7. @Psyche_92 Haha, just thinking about it gave me kind of an aha-moment
  8. Hey guys, I have a question regarding very intense negative emotions. I'm doing my first video sales calls for our company these days and my anxiety before the call is so intense that all my thoughts shift towards extreme survival mode, for example "how can I end this call as soon as possible?" "I hope he misses the appointment" and I feel those negative emotions the whole week before the event takes place. I haven't even had a video sales call yet but actually I had a call scheduled for exactly this moment right now but the person missed the appointment without telling me. Nevermind, what can I do to release those negative emotions before the event, or even once and for all? I've been trying the Sedona Method but it didn't work for me quite well yet even though I've read the book. Is it just practice? Except that, I am surely going to have video sales calls no matter if I feel I want to die before or not – so that option is covered as well. Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you very much in advance guys!
  9. @laptophaver @Truth Addict @Nahm @possibilities Guys, you are amazing. I really really appreciate all your replies. Already helped me a lot and I'll definitely put your suggestions into practice now ❤️
  10. What is your agenda for the solo retreat? Meditation, contemplation, enlightenment exercises, psychedelics?
  11. @DivineSoda Nope, it's not. It's by Sam Ovens. Part II of the course is all about reality and mindset if you want to skip the introduction part. Here's another nice slide from the course
  12. @Bill W Yeah! I sent you a PM - of course you can get access.
  13. I'd definitely put Joe Dispenza's teachings/understanding in here: What do you think? And what about Bob Proctor?
  14. You can just give me your email adress and you'll get access to it for 7 days
  15. Hey guys, hope you had a great week so far! I was just curious what your thoughts about coffee are and especially about my individual situation. Some context: I drink 2 cups everyday, one in the morning and one after lunch together with 10 grams of cocoa power (also has caffeine). I love the taste of it, I "cling" to the feeling of wakefulness it gives me and I am also EXTREMELY productive after I drink a coffee. It creates a certain disease when I think about leaving out the coffee in the morning as I feel like I would be very tired and I also do intermittent fasting which could be more challenging without caffeine. I'd like to ask you if you think that this is an addiction (a habit) worth breaking to get to higher levels of self-actualization or to attain higher states of consciousness in the long term? What would you do in my situation? Have a great rest of the week and thank you very much!
  16. @JL Yeah, that is probably the best choice which I've also decided to choose! I'll limit my intake to once a day and I should be fine! (actually did that for 2 years until I've broken my iron rule and start drinking two a day two weeks ago which was a bad decision :-)).
  17. @Michael569 Thanks for your answer, Michael. I know you're not judging It gave me food for thought though. I've just been on a diet intentionally (I already track my calories by gram for ages) and I can imagine that this might be a factor for the dependency (additionally to the ~6 hours of sleep I've gotten in the last weeks). I love IF because along with the coffee, I am very much in the zone until 12, then go to the gym and get a huge energy burst by the cold shower plus my first meal. I guess I would easily get through the day without it, it would just be less fun... How'd you go about it?
  18. @Wyatt Great questions to ask, thank you! And I learned the follow: All those points are on point except the last one. I always tried to find shortcuts to problems and my resistance to sitting on a problem without getting the solution in the next five seconds is very high. It even makes me very angry. That's probably the biggest factor. Do you have tips on that? And that's the deal too: I resist not drinking coffee because I do not see a single negative downside of drinking coffee and so many upsides. It' like a magic potion for me, espcially together with l-theanine.
  19. @AnTe Thanks! Very helpful, and the funny thing is that I am aware of it when I judge others but I haven't thought about the fact that others only judge because of that reason as well
  20. Hi there! Do you have any suggestions on how to overcome the fear of rejection ONCE AND FOR ALL? Or is it even possible? I've had countless experiences in the past that reinforced my fear of rejection/fear of judgment and it is literally the only thing standing between me and my dreams. It's not that I don't love myself or anything similar but the fear of the negative emotion that is triggered automatically when rejection is happening or when I feel judged by others. It feels to me than putting my hands on a hot stove for 10 seconds straight. What I've done so far: A lot of comfort zone challenges (but I am struggling to do even harder challenges – how can I really get myself to do them? The resistance is huge) A lot of shadow work Consciousness work, shrooms (Ayahuasca coming soon) Guided meditations and visualizations (mostly by Joe Dispenza) Working with a trauma coach Do you have some mind-blowing books or any further suggestions about this topic? How do you deal with the moment right before you lean into the fear?
  21. @ColdFacts Thank you! That is something that really stuck with me and you are absolutely right. My reason to express myself must be bigger than wanting everyone to approve me. That is what you are saying, right?
  22. @ajasatya Thanks a lot I'll definitely execute on your advice!
  23. Hey guys! I've gone through the Life Purpose course and I've done everything described in there. However, depending on my state, the day, the perspective I take on, I switch back-and-forth between what to actually offer and give to the world. My mission statement is to help people realize their full potential through coaching. As you can imagine, there are many options to do this. Before taking the course, I've already offered fitness coaching and I still have clients in that field. In the last couple of months, I helped entrepreneurs optimize their productivity and be happier with their work. Now as I've had a couple of spiritual (enlightenment) experiences, I think of helping people expanding their consciousness or generally helping people be happier and more fulfilled in life. What questions would you ask yourself to decide on what to do? What the market wants? What my heart desires? What I think will make me the happiest? What makes the most impact? Thank you in advance!
  24. Thank you guys! @Serotoninluv I'll do it at home in my bed with some great heart opening music I really like.
  25. Hey guys! I've bought psilocybin shrooms and I am going to take them next weekend (bought those [Source removed by moderator] I've done a lot of consciousness work already but I haven't done shrooms yet. How would you go about taking it? Specifically: What are usual dosages you can recommend? Or do you know where I can find dosages? What would be your intention going into the trip? Just be open to everything that is going to come? Feel love, see the abundance of the universe? Ask a question? How does integration look like with shrooms? Any advice is appreciated! However, no superficial knowledge please. Thank you guys!
