Non-duality is the revelation that the individuals entire conditioned self structure or identity within the body (concepts, judgments, desires, belief's) is completely illusory. It's literally identification as a false entity, otherwise known as ME. This recognition illuminates the futility of an illusory individual attempting to find something called Enlightenment in the future. Duality/relativity/separation are all recognized to be meer concepts within the dream story experience of being a separate individual. Everything is already not 2, already wholeness, already complete.... There is nothing to find because there is nothing missing and no one to find it. Enlightenment is not an achievement or arriving in a certain state of mind. It's the recognition that the individual trying to acquire Enlightenment was never real in the first place. ❤

@Someone here No need to try and resist anxious feelings. Resisting, judging, naming and labeling these feelings gives them more energy.... makes them seem bigger than what they are. Be with whatever arises without creating a story about it. Not ignoring and yet not focusing simultaneously. Anxious feelings are not good or bad, they are just what's happening. The resistance to what's happening will always exaggerate the so-called negative experience. ❤

Ego is the knower. It's the one that thinks they have gained the correct and right amount of knowledge. This is sometimes referred to as "painting the prison wall". It's no different than a religious person that believes they have found the one right religion and then goes on attempting to convert other's on the so-called correct path. The individual that attempts to escape or bypass life is an illusion. So in that sense spiritual bypassing is non applicable because there simply isn't a right or wrong path to begin with. It's just another concept within the dream story of separation. Enlightenment is the dropping of all concepts to reveal the unimaginable freedom that was already the case. It's the disentangling from the socially conditioned matrix of mind known as 'ME'.

Yes exactly, meaning purpose and value are meer culturally conditioned concepts of the mind. And oddly enough day-to-day activities can remain the same after this realization. Before Enlightenment chop wood carry water after Enlightenment chop wood carry water. What has changed? The resistance to what is.

Good, now that you see there is nothing to find you are free. It was already the case only you were convinced it was somewhere else.

@Gianna all the ideas, philosophy, epistemology, and psychology occur within the same elephant.... that's what non-duality points to. It's quite amazing wouldn't you say. There's no getting outside of it to point to it because it's everything. ❤

When its clearly seen without a doubt that the individual within the body is an illusion, whether or not self-referential thinking still arises doesn't matter in the slightest because it's recognized as just being remnants of past identification as the doer and thinker of thoughts. It's a disentangling from the socially conditioned matrix of mind known as ME. Freedom from and for no one... so to even call it freedom is still a misunderstanding. It's beyond the idea of an individual that could be free or imprisoned. ❤

Enlightenment illuminates the futility of an unreal individual chasing Freedom within Freedom / wholeness within wholeness. It's an ordinary and extraordinary revelation that nobody arrives at. ❤

@Alysssa Enlightenment is the revelation that art is all there is whether or not it's pursued by an apparent individual.... so in that sense it does not matter at all. It's so in your face and already the case that it seems hidden. ❤

Look directly at this "I" that so wants this to become something. What is "I" ?

Another way to look at flow state is when you practice something so well you don't have to really think about it anymore.... the body knows exactly what to do and has numerous ways of getting it done... kind of like muscle memory. Michael Jordan was a perfect example of constantly being in the Flow State... he practiced and trained so much that it looked easy for him.

A real and unreal complete play of life.. It's everything exactly the way it is. Sometimes it seems hectic and chaotic other times it seems calm and flowing. Within everything all descriptions apply.

Yes and these conditioned patterns are created within the dream story of being a separate individual. When so-called Awakening occurs it illuminates the rather hilarious futility of an unreal individual trying to find wholeness within wholeness. The apparent problem is that the sense of self wants to be there to experience enlightenment... it wants to be front row center of course because it cannot fathom its own unreality. The ego is Its Own Worst Enemy. It wants to find wholeness and simultaneously IS the experience of separation... that's the cosmic joke. An unreal individual seeking something that was never missing in the first place is the cosmic joke. ❤

Who would become Limitless Infinity? It's the Revelation that there never was a you, and limitless infinity was already the case seemingly hidden by the illusory experience of being a separate individual attempting to find and grasp what was already everything. Any idea of becoming or identifying as something higher is within the dream story. Nobody becomes enlightened because enlightenment is the recognition there never was a real separate individual within the body in the first place.... it's an illusory experience. il·lu·sion /iˈlo͞oZHən/ a thing that is or is likely to be wrongly perceived or interpreted by the senses. Similar: mirage, hallucination, apparition a deceptive appearance or impression. Similar: appearance, impression, sham, false appearance a false idea or belief. ❤

Enlightenment has nothing to do with fulfilling the grandiose vision of enlightenment that the character is looking to achieve. It's the revelation that the character with all its wants, needs and desires is completely fictional. It's Liberation from the character which is desperately trying to achieve something. ❤

Allowing things to feel exactly as they feel is the beauty. Then there's no need to change a feeling about something... that's the freedom ❤

Notice everything is already the territory ...the maps the pointers the philosophies.... all pieces of the same elephant. You can't move away from it or get closer to it because it's everything. The individual that feels separate within the body attempts to find something within everything. Enlightenment is recognizing that apparent individual is an illusion.... then there's just everything which is simultaneously nothing like you said because the individual that places concepts about everything, is recognized to be just a story. ❤

Yes it's just simply immediately wonderfully THIS. The unquenchable need for a better experience in the future is like a carrot dangling in front of the donkeys nose chasing it. The donkey isn't real and everything is already just carrots. ❤

That seeking never gets satisfied because the seeker isn't a real entity. Its just conditioned thinking trying to find a better so-called spiritual experience in the future. ❤
