Oneness see's what it is saying... yes this Oneness understanding is tricky. ❤ You see even something describing Oneness as paradoxical would almost imply a separate entity describing Oneness as paradoxical implying a separation. Does Oneness see how tricky this understanding itself can be LOL... Oneness would not describe itself as paradoxical. That would be like a horse describing itself as having a funny way about itself. Oneness just IS.... Can you see how funny this is? A lot of people try to ponder Oneness, with the belief they are outside of it... Thanks my friend ?

It can be hard if you try to wake up the character... The Body/Mind is not what wakes up. Pure non-dual Oneness wakes up and it's so beautiful you almost poop your pants... ❤

I keep telling this to people and I understand that it sounds like a rude comment but I assure you it's out of love...❤ "The biggest obstacle to Discovery is not ignorance, it's the illusion of knowledge". If you believe you already have the answer why would you go through a difficult process of finding out the truth. Your ego tells you... That's the thing there are no one's separate from the one. Lol. Haha yes language is dualistic by Nature so it makes everything even more confusing ❤ I think that's partly where the idea that Enlightenment cannot be put into words saying comes from... it's so accurate.

Thanks for the honest feedback I appreciate it ❤... I actually read his awaken now book a couple of times and continued doing inquiry into the nature of this oneness... Something has shifted for me just in the last couple days. This non-dual Oneness realization is becoming clear quickly... love feels like it's saturating through my consciousness. When Oneness is ready to wake up, Oneness sees its own reflection. ❤ Will definitely let Oneness know how it goes with Fredness ❤

Hi, I recently read his book "Awaken NOW" it's pretty incredible. Here is most of Fred's material in a nutshell: You are Oneness, and as Oneness, you are already Awake/Enlightened. THIS is YOU and YOU are THIS.(100% Pure Non-duality/Oneness). What else could there be? YOU are Enlightenment itself. You could describe Oneness(you) as the Conscious Absolute Space in which Oneness is waking up/ experiencing itself, inside of itself. Everything is happening in you, through you, by you. It couldn't be any other way because this would create Duality which is an illusion. Your human body is not you, it's just an avatar or unit that Oneness uses to experience itself within itself lol.. trippy right ?... In fact your conditioned human body just runs on autopilot while Oneness(you) sits in the background and observes(like God/YOU watching a movie through the avatars eyes/ sensory perceptions). When the veil is lifted and YOU can experience Oneness as Oneness and not the limited separate self the ego has you believing yourself to be. This is what Enlightenment or Awakening is and it's the most incredible realization. There are no higher realisations to have. YOU are THIS and THIS is YOU! Hi, ❤ Goodwill such a neat job opportunity... I work with a lot of people in the military so I understand exactly what you're talking about. Leo has a video that discusses how Awareness alone is Curative and it rings true in so many ways. If we could walk a mile in these people's shoes it would click instantly why they behave the way they do. And similarly if we understood how the mechanics of our own minds work we would instantly have access to why our reactions are the way they are to these situations. I've learned reacting from a place of LOVE and not from EGO is so life changing in these situations. People's higher self can sense when you have true love and compassion for them and they can't help but melt into the love them self. They can resist for a while but love/god/you conquers all. Knowledge patience understanding awareness love God Perspective. ❤ It's all Oneness it's all one love...Its THIS and THIS is GOD aka YOU!! This is Enlightenment and it's so beautiful ❤ It sounds like you are on the right path...truth and acceptance are golden keys...?

This whole conversation made me realize how important and Powerful Love Actually is Problems are just mind created fictitious beliefs. There's really no actual problems it's just our belief that something is a problem. When you try to help somebody you're really just saying I love you. True Nature That's why when someone using true love and compassion is trying to assist you... the problem seems to just disappear because the real answer was love all along. That's really all we were looking for. You can spot this quickly during the process of helping someone with love and compassion. Quick story: I was helping this lady whose car ran out of gas and was stranded with her young child. By the time I filled up her car with my gas can she forgotten there was even a problem to begin with.. she was just utterly shocked somebody would go that much out of their way to help her. I could see love was just overwhelming her consciousness. By the time I gave her directions to the nearest gas station to top off her gas tank she was floating on air and in heaven.. Now that's true heaven on Earth ❤ The kingdom of God is within!! From the gospels of Thomas: Do not say it is here or there The Kingdom of heaven is spread out amongst the Earth and men do not see.

A good teacher knows there are many paths to accomplishment. For example of Guru might say the same thing a thousand different ways because they understand that not one way of doing something works for everyone( Different Strokes for different folks). But someone who doesn't understand could say this guy's really inconsistent and has no clue what he's doing. It could also be looked at as selfish if someone has an answer that could help someone else and doesn't share it with them. Sometimes it's a win-win, a teacher helps somebody and feels good about it. That's human nature doing its thing(aka god or love). Sometimes Outsiders put people up on pedestals as well while the whole time the guru remains unattached and unmoved with the results of his outcomes and teachings. He can calmly sit there in the neutral zone and help people all day long without creating an egotistical attachment or identity to the outcome of his teachings. ❤

This just created an interesting realization in my mind. In a sense God/Me couldn't be selfless because that would imply something exists outside of Me in order to be selfless to. (duality) In fact everything seems more like self-love or selfishness but that couldn't be right either because there's nothing else other than Me lol. Wait it just clicked... all there is is LOVE... Aha Oneness understands it now. ❤

Yes I know exactly what you mean. I'm living this way you describe almost all the time now ❤ My biggest challenge is being in the military and it's not exactly my first choice of where I want to be anymore if you know what I mean haha(2 yrs until I retire from us navy). I accept whatever challenges I placed in front of me though. My social anxiety doesn't help either. What I'm really looking for is that nondual aha moment. Does that Oneness Epiphany happen. Did something like that happen for you or am I expecting too much? I want to feel that Oneness love deep in my being probably like Jesus felt... Thanks again for all your help ❤ PS..
