Yes there's endless masks.... When you identify with the masks you are caught in Maya... When one becomes awake there is no longer an identification as the character. And that doesn't necessarily mean one stops playing the role of the character either... some do some don't

I guess it depends on what you consider a big deal... it's what is. When it's recognized there is not an individual ME character inside the body it can be very liberating... the suffering that was felt prior turns into something almost laughable. There are quite a few other things that occur when this illusion is completely seen through such as disentangling from social conditioning and snapping out of The Matrix(as I like to call it). Yes pain would still be experienced because the human body still has its sense perceptions. It's just not being experienced for an individual located inside the body anymore. Feelings sights sounds tastes smells all still occur... they just don't occur for anyone... it's just what's happening ❤

That's the cosmic joke.. there is no one under the mask... there never was Just compiled energy thinking it's a real person. The whole thing was a sham and a misidentification with the body. complete boundless free energy... It's truly unknowable and completely radical...❤

The resistance to what's happening in life causes suffering. Don't resist or fight against what is, just recognize you don't have control anyways, no one does.. having control is the dream of the individual and there isn't one. ❤ Accept yourself 100% exactly the way you are right now in every situation. Nothing needs to be done nothing needs to be found nothing needs to be attained. Completely accept life be grateful for it. Surrender to life... Enlightenment is freeing yourself from your own mind that keeps telling you something needs to be done to feel complete. You are already complete you are already perfect. The egoic mind says seek but do not find. The trick is to recognize it's an illusion and that you are already perfect and complete and nothing need be done...?

Yes it's part of the infinite as an illusion or imagination. When Awakening occurs and the illusion is completely seen through it's recognized it never existed.

@Anna1 I don't consider anyone that awakens special, it's just something that happens within THIS. People can still screw up... there are so many misconceptions about Awakening it's ridiculous. First and foremost I am speaking about Awakening not about calming the mind or enjoying life more in the illusion. Also when I use the words I or me it is just an expression so you understand what I'm talking about. Yeah the pathless path to the gateless gate. ❤ I'm not open to discussion because Im completely liberated from the egoic self agenda. I'm not seeking on this forum for advice. I've spoken about meditation and other practices before. Until recently it was recognized that although these practices appear to help with Awakening, they can actually perpetuate the belief in the self illusion and can prolong Awakening. If you read through a lot of my posts you will see that I talk about turning within often, because that was what led me to Awakening. I know your trying to look out for people's best intentions. ❤ Maybe I will try to label my post better specifically pointing out what I am targeting with the message. If you guys compile your questions I will try to answer them to the best of my ability. It's difficult for me to go through paragraph after paragraph trying to catch every question. I'm having a heck of a time just helping people understand Duality is an illusion. Everyone keeps talking about it as if it's real as if it's a part of the absolute. A fictitious belief created in the mind is not part of the absolute... because it was simply never real to begin with ❤

Personal attack really....Anna here is what you said: What your preaching is very neo-advaita, and its not helpful. Everything I'm saying can be summed up very quickly and easily: 1) There's no separate ME character inside the body that is an illusion.( nonduality) 2) Practices are not required to have this recognition and in fact they often perpetuate the belief of the illusory self because one is trying to Enlighten the illusion. If this is neo-advaita then so be it. This message is from personal experience of becoming liberated from the egoic self agenda. Ps... My spiritual ego only puffs up when I'm drinking red wine lol.

There simply cannot be separation between something that's real and something that's unreal. If I had what seemingly appeared as two things: 1) A Dr. Pepper soda machine. 2) A Mirage of a Dr. Pepper soda machine. You can't say this is Duality because the Mirage of the soda machine technically isn't real. It was an illusion created in the mind. The only thing that's left is the real Dr. pepper soda machine. Even though it appeared to be two things, it was always just ONE. I like to use the ocean waves analogy: If you're standing on the beach and you look out at the ocean on a windy day, you can count millions of separate waves. Although each wave appears to be separate from the ocean, the reality is the waves were never separate, it was always just one ocean appearing to be many individual waves. You can call it an individual wave all you want... you can give it a name, an address, a birth certificate. After time It may even start believing it's an individual separate wave. On one particular day though that wave crashed into the beach, flattened out and sucked back into itself. Later on it got to experience itself as many different waves, but it could never again be tricked into believing it was a separate wave, because it recognized its true nature as the whole ocean. The illusion was completely seen through ❤ The moral of the story is the belief in Duality doesn't make it real. Fiction is fiction and truth is truth. A Fictitious belief is not part of the Absolute because it was never real to begin with... Just like unicorns and flying dragons are not real. Duality=illusion=Non-Duality ❤

Time and experience still apparently happen... it's real and unreal... it's just not happening for an individual that you think you are.. Who are you? Turn 180 degrees and look within. Where is the sense of you located in the body? What is it constructed of?

No literally nothing changes except for the realization that it's not happening to an individual ME character.... It's Just Happenings Before Enlightenment chop wood and carry water after Enlightenment chop wood and carry water. What has changed is the resistance to what is.... and it's much less of a personal experience because the ME character is recognized to be a complete illusion.❤

I can't tell you how you feel... some people are submerged deep in the illusion... others are floating somewhere near the surface. I never had a strong sense of identity so is easier for me to see through the illusion of the self. ❤

Well first of all Duality is an illusion... dualities cannot be created when its understood non-duality is all there is. Your explanation/belief of creating dualities this incorrect. Basically it's an incorrect opinion that dualities are being created when they are not. The appearance of individual waves still happens, but they were never apart from the body of the ocean. It was never duel. "The separation never occurred" -ACIM There isn't a self to build up that's the illusion. So yes it's as silly as it sounds the Ivory Tower is being built up, just to be recognized as an illusion. I don't really consider self-inquiry a practice because it's not really something you improve at. But I guess it could be argued otherwise. Either the self illusion is seen through or it is not. If there is a deep enough look at it it can probably be recognized but if it's just a glimpse or an intuition it might not be enough. This information is just pertaining to Awakening there are other benefits from meditation yoga mindfulness practices and Etc. Identification with the body/mind as the self is the illusion. The body-mind can be conditioned to operate heavy machinery, wash dishes, clean houses, seek for enlightenment...etc. The Ivory Tower that is being constructed is the illusion. The funding for construction of the Ivory Tower needs to be cut off. And the tower needs to be recognized as an illusion, hit with a wrecking ball and knocked down... it's Paradigm needs to be shattered like a mirror. The best part is since the construction materials aren't real the deconstruction process doesn't always have to be that painful. ❤ As long as the funding/belief is there the construction will keep going forward. Sometimes the blueprints of the Ivory Tower change to give the appearance of a new spiritual Ivory Tower. The ego says see this is a healthy Ivory Tower... you don't want to tear me down this is the truth. But it is just another illusion trying to rebuild itself as the spiritual Ivory Tower. THIS is all there is and whether Awakening occurs or not it's all happening within THIS. There is no one way is better than the other. THIS is real and unreal it's nothing being everything. It's the absolute. It's unknowable and undescribable. It's a pregnant nothingness being everything. It's complete, it's whole, it's perfection, its completeness, it's Paradise, the kingdom of heaven... Enlightenment/ it's liberation from the egoic self agenda keeping you running on the hamster wheel for your whole life, and seeking for something external to make itself Feel Complete. It makes no sense to reinforce and build up the Ivory Tower just so It can be knocked down. It's easy to see how this can be an issue as everyone is running around reinforcing the Ivory Tower instead of recognizing it's an illusion. "No individual has ever stepped foot through the gateless gate. No one can enter the gateless gate so be nobody" ❤ ?

This is work you have to do for yourself turn within and discover the essence that you believe yourself to be. What is this me character inside the body? Where does it reside? What is it made out of? ❤
