  1. Well it's not actually a feeling, it's more like a clear recognition that the "sense of self" within the body isn't a real thing. It's the bodily sensations and conditioning which seem to make up this important experience called life. Without the conditioning saying it's this or it's that,.....it's just an empty appearance seemingly happening for no one. It's full and it's empty! ♥
  2. That it's just what seems to be happening! It's not that consciousness or awareness doesn't seem to be happening, it's that there isn't a real self experiencing it.... the experiencer is the illusion of separation! ♥
  3. Got to break that cycle you're putting anxiety on top of anxiety. Find something you enjoy doing and can also make survival money. The not doing is causing more anxiety than the doing! ♥
  4. It's signifying all the seemingly different things happening within everything. The apparent separation within the whole of everything(duality & nonduality) ♥
  5. There's apparent division between two physical bodies or a fence or a tree. But the division of being a real separate individual within the body, witnessing and experiencing reality(w/ meaning, purpose, value)...... that very sense of "I am here" "this is real" is the illusion of self or ego! In that sense enlightenment is the recognition that the very one attempting to have a recognition, isn't a real entity! It seems fairly rare interestingly enough. ♥
  6. In a funny and shocking way sometimes the nonduality revelation reveals that even the idea of unification is silly because there was never anyone separate in the first place in which could become unified..... there's only everything! Absolutely no other forum like this! ♥
  7. Totally, Awakening reveals there was nothing right or wrong with those apparent clouds seemingly blocking the warm sunshine, and a clear sunny day....well that's like the cherry on top ? ♥
  8. There isn't an answer or a truth to land on or discover....thats the real shocker! Reality is completely unstable and unknowable....and any knowledge, security or stability is totally illusory! It's madness & anarchy....literally nothing surprises me anymore ? ♥
  9. What? You told me you had a crush on Jim....you said you loved his hair style. ♥
  10. Is there actually a someone being controlled? Is the experiencer actually there? Take a close LOOK! ♥
  11. It's not a something to be understood bro! But it's recognized when the one trying to understand it goes for a long walk off a short plank ☺
  12. Yeah bro, The sense of self believing it's somewhere else seemingly hides it. (The Open Secret) When that illusory believer gets out the way, liberation is already what IS! Nobody Becomes Enlightened! It's not an attaining for someone, it's a falling away of noone. Trip right? ♥
  13. There just isn't anyone making progress on the so-called spiritual path with meditation practices.....when that's clearly recognized the cosmic joke is revealed! Laughing may occur or not....it's fun either way good sir! ♥
  14. Interestingly enough tier 2 wouldn't ask! That's only a tier 1 apparent conundrum! ♥
  15. @axiom Yeah man there never was an ego/onion with layers.... there just seemed to be. Enlightenment isn't a disidentification/denial as a someone process. It's realizing there never was a real 'you' to begin with! It was an illusion of self. & there can't be a real disidentification process when it's clearly recognized that there just never was a real identity in the first place! ♥
  16. What's truly longed for is to just be completely content with what's currently happening. Notice how the thoughts always seem to need something. They are very needy in nature aren't they. They can even seem to have a need to stop being needy thoughts ? What's underneath that need? THIS is already everything, it's already complete!! ♥
  17. I'm kind of afraid to click play that girl looks hangry!!
  18. It depends on who you ask. Awakening can seem to have many different experiences like becoming more aware of the minds constant chatter or how often thoughts are focused on the past and future..... essentially how conditioned the thought patterns are. There can seem to be heightened senses of awareness and or mystical experiences of the connectedness of everything. In other words there can seem to be all kinds of Awakening experiences in "someone's" life. The key point is that an Awakening will always seem to occur for a "someone". It's a very personal experience! Enlightenment on the other hand is the end of the personal experiencer all together or rather the clear recognition that the personal experiencer simply never was. It's the end of reality being experienced as an "individual" moving through time and space from birth to death. But it's not a gaining or attainment at all, it's a falling away of that which was never real. And it seems to actually be fairly rare. ♥
  19. All I can really say on the topic is when there is an experience of an individual having or owning these fluctuating emotions, they feel real and completely personal. And that experience can seem to range anywhere from calming bliss to nightmarish chaos. When there's no one buying into or feeding these emotions energy or meaning. They just come and go like the weather without anyone placing judgment on whether they are good or bad or or even real for that matter. But it's not like a denial of certain emotions seemingly arising either...... rather it's just the clear recognition that they are not arising for someone & because of something. For some reason I was reminded of this video... ♥
  20. Full of incredible light color and sound appearance for no one! Empty of meaning purpose and value for someone! ♥
  21. I get it, but this never happens, it's a very unrealistic expectation. How can that which has no beginning or end (infinity) ever be known. It just doesn't work that way! The end of seeking isn't a result of becoming aware of the so-called complete truth of reality......it's in the radical recognition that the desperate seeker attempting to know everything, is an illusion of self. (Maya) Enlightenment is the end of the seeker trying to achieve it, but it's just not a real something that a someone achieves.....rather it's the death of the achiever! ♥
  22. No need to resist the feelings or emotions, just let them play out as they seem to. Resistance to certain emotions will only give them more energy and meaning. Some people just seem to have more certain types of emotions than others....nothing right or wrong with this! ♥
  23. Hmm not sure if you watched the video or not? Yes, not demonizing but clearly recognizing its unreality and thus ending that conditioned identification cycle! There is nothing right or wrong with ego/sense of self, it's just that when the identification as being THAT is completely shattered, it's simultaneously recognized that it didn't exist to begin with. It was an illusion of self identity. In a funny way loving the ego reminds me of being infatuated with Sherlock Holmes and then flying to London to go see his house, only to realize that he was a fictional character and never actually existed or had a house on Baker Street. Nothing right or wrong with loving the ego illusion & it's apparent functionality, it just seems a bit silly or misunderstood being that it's not something real.... it's a misidentification! ❤
