@Zenrool There's nothing that goes beyond anything else, there's just what's happening. Of course the mind creates all kinds of stories ❤ “Comparison is the death of joy.” -- Mark Twain “Comparison is the thief of joy” -- Theodore Roosevelt -

@Nak Khid yes exactly a lot of different things could have happened she could have also recognized that he was going to leave her and wanted to die anyways... she could have even told him to kill her or have someone else do it... no one really knows.. It could have been covered up to avoid embarrassment of the family... Maybe she had a brain aneurysm who knows.. -
Samadhi is the 8th and final stage on the eightfold path of yoga. ... There are different levels of Samadhi, or different stages of connection with the Divine, but when the word Samadhi is used alone, it usually refers to the state of enlightenment, which is the highest form of Samadhi. Samadhi is pointing to stillness of the whirlpool of mind/ego/self. It's pointing to the disentangling of the mind/egoic self agenda/social conditioning. Samadhi is just another word for Nirvana/Awakening/Liberation/Enlightenment/Buddha nature....and so on!! "Samadhi is awakening from the dream of the separate self or the egoic construct. Samadhi is awakening from identification with the prison that I call me. You can never actually be free, because wherever you go your prison is there. Awakening is not about getting rid of the mind or the matrix, on the contrary; when you are not identified with it, then you can experience the play of life more fully, enjoying the show as it is, without craving or fear. In the ancient teachings this was called the divine game of Leila: the game of playing in duality. Human consciousness is a continuum. On one extreme, humans are identified with the material self. On the other extreme is Samadhi, the cessation of self. Every step we take on the continuum towards Samadhi, brings less suffering. Less suffering does not mean life is free from pain. Samadhi is beyond the duality of pain and pleasure. What it means is that there is less mind, less self creating resistance to whatever unfolds and that resistance is what creates suffering. Realizing Samadhi even once allows you to see what is at the other end of the continuum. To see that there is something other than the material world and self interest. When there is an actual cessation of the self structure in Samadhi there is no ego, no self, no duality yet there is still the I am, annata or no self. In that emptiness is the dawn of prajna or wisdom- the understanding that the immanent self is far beyond the play of duality, beyond the entire continuum. The immanent self is timeless, unchanging, always now. Enlightenment is the merging of the primordial spiral, the ever-changing manifested world or lotus in which time unfolds, with your timeless being. Your inner wiring grows like an ever-unfolding flower as you dis-identify with the self, a living bridge between the world of time and the timeless. Merely realizing the immanent self is only the beginning of one’s path. Most people will have to experience and lose Samadhi countless times in meditation before they are able to integrate it into other facets of life. It is not unusual to have profound insights into the nature of your being during meditation or self inquiry, only to find yourself once again falling back into old patterns, forgetting the truth of who you are. To realize that stillness or emptiness in every facet of life, every facet of one’s self, is to become emptiness dancing as all things" - Samadhi ( Maya illusion of the self)

Nothing happens later, it's already here... It's already Paradise it's already Heaven it's already perfect it's already whole & complete. What happens is the mind or ego or whatever you want to call it, places an overlay on top of reality. This overlay kicks you out of the Garden of Eden... This overlay says everything has to have meaning purpose and value... it can't just be existence for existence sake. Then the question of why? arises... we start seeking running on the hamster wheel for the rest of our lives looking for something that was never missing. Meanwhile the birds are singing the wind is blowing the sun is shining the ocean is oceaning the mountains are mountaining.... but where are you? Oh you're lost in your own mind... Lost In Your Own Story running the rat race, running on the hamster wheel looking for something that you will never find because it's already here. This is what Awakening is... There isn't some magical experience you will find anywhere else or in the future ...THIS is already IT...trust ❤ It's just whether its seen or not... -

@Leo Gura don't pull out prematurely Leo... nobody really knows what's going to happen we just pretend like we do. That's the mystery that's the Wonder... looking at the world again with childlike eyes and splendor. Maybe your next adventure will be a radical shift... but nothing has to end, maybe you will move to somewhere new, start something different, change up your videos, maybe if the search is given up the answer will appear.( "when the student is ready the master appears") Nothing ever promised us this crazy ball and chain trip was going to be perfect peace and Bliss... love hate fear suffering anger boredom happiness joy anguish sorrow fulfillment. It's all IT...it's all WHATS HAPPENING!! Creativity is like God's porn and you've got way too much of it to be pullin out prematurely. Maybe take it easy on the seeking and start basking in the Indescribable mystery of what's already here... it's f****** incredible... I'm only 5 hours away from Vegas don't make me drive over there and give you a bear hug from the US Navy. ? We love you way too much brother!! thanks for everything seriously. ❤ -

Whatever you decided to do is your path, That's it... Whatever action is taken is perfectly equal to any other action. And every reaction is perfectly equal to every other reaction. Thoughts may say otherwise but they don't mean anything. There is no actual bypassing because there isn't a path that needs to be followed in the first place. -

“You are your only hope, because we’re not changing until you do. Our job is to keep coming at you, as hard as we can, with everything that angers, upsets, or repulses you, until you understand. We love you that much, whether we’re aware of it or not. The whole world is about you.” ~ Byron Katie “The minute I don’t agree with you, the minute I question one of your sacred beliefs, I become your enemy; you divorce me in your mind. Then you start looking for all the reasons why you’re right, and you stay focused outside yourself. When you’re focused outside and believe that your problem is caused by someone else, rather than by your attachment to the story you’re believing in the moment, then you are your own victim, and the situation appears to be hopeless.” ~ Byron Katie "I've come to see that anyone who doesn't question their thoughts is suffering from mental illness. No one has to suffer that kind of pain when life can be so simple." ~ Byron Katie http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Byron_Katie Life is simple. Everything happens for you, not to you. Everything happens at exactly the right moment, neither too soon nor too late. You don't have to like it... it's just easier if you do. Byron Katie -

Who would do it? Is there an actual doer of those apparent actions? This is obviously a thought, but what or who is thinking it? -

Palm Flipping Exercise 1. Hold a hand in front of you; palm turned down. 2. Now turn the palm up. And down...and up and so on. Watch like a hawk. Don't go to thoughts – examine your direct experience. Do this as many times as you like, and each time inquire: How is the movement controlled? Does a thought control it? Can a ‘controller’ of any description be located? How is the decision made to turn the hand over? Track any decision point when a thought MADE THE DECISION to turn the hand over and the hand turns over immediately. Who or what chose which hand - the left or right hand for the exercise? Can you find a separate individual or anything that is choosing when to turn the palm up or down?

I posted a much safer exercise!! ❤ Maybe give it a look-see ? -
Here is an even deeper investigation of the body. Please follow each step, don't leave out any. Take your time. Don't move to the next step until the previous one is clearly seen. Repeat the exercise several times. Stand in front of a bigger mirror. (1) First, close the eyes and feel the sensations labelled ‘body’. (2) Then open the eyes and look into the mirror while still paying attention to the sensations. Is there any connection between the felt sensations and the image in the mirror?
-
Sit with eyes closed for about 15 minutes. Paying attention only to the pure sensations, without relying on thoughts or mental images: Can it be known how tall the body is? Does the body have a weight or volume? In the actual experience does the body have a shape or a form? Is there a boundary between the body and the clothing? Is there a boundary between the body and the chair? Is there an inside or an outside? If there is an inside - the inside of what exactly? If there is an outside - the outside of what exactly? What does the word/label ‘body’ ACTUALLY refer to? What is the ACTUAL experience of the body? Look very carefully, especially with the last question. Take your time, don’t rush. You can look several times during the day while doing other things (like washing hands, showering, having a short break from work, walking, etc) before replying.

This definition is from a website that I follow and happen to agree with... In the context of Liberation Unleashed, liberation refers to the clear, unambiguous and direct realisation of the absence of a separate self. Because not everyone, perhaps no one comes to the Gate without at least some degree of latent tendencies, what we refer to as liberation may not be what you expect of it. Seeing self for what it really is - a story, does not mean that your life is suddenly upgraded in every conceivable way. Old habits, beliefs, programming and conditioning will very probably remain in place. Awakening from the story of you allows old patterns to drop away quickly. The foundation upon which these patterns were based is gone. In this sense, liberation is just the beginning. -

Now, I’d like to ask you to explore this SENSE of self very-very thoroughly. Not by thinking about it, but by FEELING it. Keep the focus of attention on the sense of self and inquire: Does the sense of self have a location? Does the sense of self have a shape or a size? Does the sense of self say or communicate anything? If the answer is yes, how does the sense do this exactly? Does the sense of self have any characteristics or attributes? What is the sense of self ‘made of’? An image? Sound? Taste? Smell? Sensation? Thought Arising? If not, where is any Direct or Actual Experience of some sense of self?

I would recommend checking out "A Course in Miracles Made Easy by Alan Cohen" it's honestly an incredible book and at the end he goes through a list of questions and answers about the overall course.... here is the book's description: A Course in Miracles (ACIM)—the self-study spiritual-thought system that teaches the way to love and forgiveness—has captured the minds and hearts of millions of people, and delivered inner peace where fear and pain once prevailed. Its universal message is unsurpassed in its power to heal. Yet many students report that they have difficulty grasping the principles, or encounter resistance to the lessons. So, even while they yearn for the spiritual freedom the Course offers, they put the book aside, hoping one day to get to it. Alan Cohen, ACIM student and teacher for over 30 years, takes the Big Picture ideas of the Course and brings them down to earth in practical, easy-to-understand lessons with plenty of real-life examples and applications. A Course in Miracles Made Easy is the Rosetta stone that will render the Course understandable and relatable; and, most importantly, generate practical, healing results in the lives of students. This unique reader-friendly guide will serve longtime students of the Course, as well as those seeking to acquaint themselves with the program.
