when you're reading your fairy new age non dual literature how long do you spend on practices provided in the text when generally unspecified. I am currently not having trouble going on in one of my books, but I want to make sure that I'm really getting the most I can out of this book although I think the purpose of this book is to pull me along anyways. I don't want to assume too low and not try each meditation for a week per say, but like I also want to keep reading more.
Should I just supplement the reading crave with less workbook esq books?
