When do you take break from reflect on self actualization? Is it important to take break from contemplations?

I am thinking to contemplate for 10 days and 5 days complete off. So that I can detach myself from over and obsessive thinking, so I can live my life with knowledge that I have. This includes only contemplations not meditation.

Which country do you think is rich in Sprituality? On my opinion it is ethiopia ??. Ethiopia is the home of the first human being called Lucy. The first country to accept Christianity and Islam. There are around 10,000 monastery and a lot.

I have come to realised that there is huge difference between saying that "I don't want lie" and "I want truth". What do you think?

@Truth Addict what I want say is that when I self reflect to overcome my lie. I observe my mind acting to filter lie, but that is bad approach instead of monitoring your mind to stop how you lie it is better to act on speaking the truth. It's like paradox when you say I want to speak the truth which it communicate that you are lying. When you say I don't want a lie which it express that you have a lie. But I think it's better to seek and focus on the truth rather than focusing a lie.

I don't think I will find number one mentor who is gonna replace Leo. Leo will stay for long.

Requesting an explanation about the video what is God. 1. When you say you are God. Is it means like Christians say and believe " you are created in the images and likeness of God therfore you inherit the quality and characteristics of God with limited amount?

@hyruga yes. That's Leo is teaching about. Your old and outdated thoughts to not be run. Your old social, religious, scientific or any other belief that will not serve you. The only way stop them is be mindful which means aware what it is, then you will no longer run the program, but that is difficult because when you are tried you go mechanical to your subconscious mind. To be mindful like Buddhist requires life time commitment about thing. But if want erase the bad program, energy psychology modalities will help just in minutes. Like a factory rest on your phone then install new software for mind body, and sprit.

When do you know when you are full with food. When you know longer seek or care. When you live it. When The issue become option.

As Bruce talked about positive thinking doesn't help that much. Because our subconscious mind procsss data 40,000,000 bit per second and our conscious mind process 40 bits per second. Imagine to change that data with this positive thinking. Do the maths. The only way if you have negative programming is to be mindful like Buddhist. Aware of your thoughts, like Leo is teaching about. To stop the subconscious program not execute.

I don't think he have to share his day to day and his life route. That's would be an obstacles for us. He is giving us the best what he can. The more he talk about himself the more projection will happen. That's is not what we need to happen to our master.

A request for an explanation on what the devil - the mechanic of evil. I watched the video for three times and I like the way everything said but I couldn't understand the exact point of the idea. I couldn't understand when Leo say you are the devil, is it metaphorically or literally? If say so, does it mean sprit devil doesn't exist? What about underworld entiy? Does the view is from mystic point of view?

If we accept Jesus was true in his message, teachings, and words then wouldn't it contradict what you're saying here.
