Do not say to me "yes it does" without any argumentation, cuz without the arguments it's just make no sense. For example let's say that i'm often overeat and i have no problem with my weight at all, but in a long run i should not do it. Logicaly i understeand it, but in real situation my brain like "gimme a strong reason to do it or i won't" and any "but somewhere in future..." just doesn't work. It is a necessary skill, cuz most part of all what i'm doing has delayed gradufication. And i'm sure that you facing the same problem, so we need to get together to solve it. Any ideas?

If such a thing as real growth exist, it basicly means that all problems is no more than just confusion of the mind. Here is no such a thing as problem. It's just lack of understanding things. This is it? I'm chasing stuff not bacause I really need them, but cuz I'm not understand why do I need them? It also implys that I need just sit I try to understand what the problem is. So if I will understand why do I want it, I will not wanting it anymore?

If idea "I'm the body and the mind" is no more then just an illusion that imply one of these things. 1. The illusion is a social construct. 2. Tbh when I'm reading all this stuff about "how I want to be" I think "WTF!?1?!! how someone could ever dream about it?! it's so pointless". I'm not telling you here that you are an idiot, but it made think "wait a minute...what if all my wants is actually pointless too?"

@Leo Gura hhhm I think you should to say about it somewhere at your videos. Cuz when I heard "enlightnenment cannot be explain with words" I begin think that it the only one thing that cannot be explain with words. And it's not, cuz speaking is interaction to memories. hence if you have no memories about something - you can't understeand about it. P.S. Btw it really good to make distintion about what could be explain with words and what can't.

Recently I find a weird thing about shyness. I thought it about morality, but it looks like turns out to be different. - For example: We at future and someone made a robot which looks like me, speaks like me and so on. Any your experience with me and with the robot will be the same, but you are always know where real me and where the robot. The question is can you feel shy because of the robot one by one if it can't say anything about you to others?
