  1. @SageModeAustin Lmaooo What are your goals in life? Consider these areas of life Spirituality/Psychology ---- Health/Body ---- Purpose/Passion ---- Finances/Assets --- Social/Relationships ---- Sex/Romance ---- TIme/Organization ---- Lifestyle/Activities/Miscellaneous Are you financially free? Is your social life perfect? Are you getting as much sex as you want? Are all your needs in Maslow's Hierarchy of needs sated? Are you stage turquoise in spiral dynamics? Do you understand life? Do you understand your emotions? Are you spiritually awakened? Basically is your life perfect/optimal? Also being productive (whether it's enjoyable or suffering) all day doesn't seem optimal or sustainable so you seem right about that. How many hours a day are you allocating to play/relaxation?
  2. Its might be possible to pursue enlightenment and "worldly" goals together and in sync.
  3. Can there be the reading of this text right here without the it being connected to ego? Can contemplation, intellectual activity, thinking, thoughts be there without the ego? Without identification, attachment and without the idea or sense of it being done by someone? I can imagine visual thoughts being absent of ego but auditory/word based thoughts seem to be impossible without ego? How would the thought even be there without ego or from an impersonal perspective? Also let me know if this question doesn't even make sense, is voided, is invalid, based on false assumptions, etc.
  4. Sounds like bullshit. Could possibly be placebo and there is the potential for scammers. But so does a lot of stuff. Would be open to trying it. How are the crystals explained to work? And what exactly is healing?
  5. It might be useful to consider prior attachment with the perspectives on this issue. If sports happened to be inclined (to be)/inherently "low consciousness" would someone who likes sports accept it? There may be unpleasant truths (or red pills) that would be best to be accepted. However sports could be just as effective an embodiment of consciousness as other endeavors. It does seem to be clear that the direct communication of truth to others would at least be more efficient/effective than other endeavors in inspiring consciousness (such as music, art, basketball, etc). However there would be trade offs there, it doesn't seem like everyone should be a guru. On second thought, how would any other endeavor (other than being a teacher, endeavors such as art or music) be any better at inspiring consciousness than basketball?
  6. @Victor Mgazi I think he is asking if they have an illusionary self. Not if that illusionary self is real. Within other perspectives or bubbles of consciousness (assuming they exist or if whoever is answering knows they exist), specifically animals do they have the illusions of self known as the ego?
  7. I feel uneasy, disgusted, lost, confused, overwhelmed
  8. Boredom? I think it's more that people don't even click the videos they are not interested in. For me, sometimes later I may have interest in a video when I'm ready for it. Im thinking most of the videos people start they are fully interested in finishing (if they follow the channel). They might be left wanting more.
  9. How to materialize objects, have paranormal abilities, have superpowers? Also is this even possible? Is this possible in this reality? In absolute infinity anything is fair game, right?
  10. @RendHeaven Congrats for defending your idol
  11. There is deciding purely based on value but then there is the probability that the value will occur, the bell curve of where that actual value will be. Example 1: Say you can get $100 with 99% chance or $2000 with a 20% chance? Which would be the best decision? How do you make this decision? Especially when you don't know the exact probabilities? Example 2: Say you can turn in an major essay late that takes 5 hours to do with a possibility of it being graded or getting half credit (maybe 20% for combined) or just not do it at all. Which would be the best decision? How do you make that decision? Especially when you don't know the probability? Basically how do you make a decision when there is a risk, chance of the value not panning through, of you not getting the fruits of your labor? It seems like this can promote or be a cop out for laziness, should you always do something that will bring value no matter the odds? When should you take the chance and when should you let it go? How do you decide when there is uncertainty?
  12. @universe Appreciate your insights.
  13. Wolf of wall street seems like a solid example of stage orange.
  14. Is there anything that should be or is best to be experienced before enlightenment? Is there any regrets to getting enlightened to early? I feel worried of missing out on any benefits of ego and illusion or of not living my life to the fullest in ego mind before killing myself. Also anything that should be done before enlightenment regarding preperation wise?
  15. Can you still enjoy feeling accomplished, prideful, superior based off your capabilities or what you've done? I'm afraid of these beliefs falling away and losing this enjoyment? I dont want to lose my pride
  16. @LfcCharlie4 18, I have smoked weed before. I am listing things that I thought intially might be beneficial/valuable to do before anyone becomes enlightened. For example, I haven't done something like hard core drugs. Should I experience these in duality? I just was aware of my thinking and it seems I might I just have OCD symptoms of needing to do certain things to "fully experience life" or "completely be ready".
  17. Like breakdown of not enlightened had first enlightenment experience permanently enlightened permanently liberated Obvisouly this isnt an census so if deemed possible to make a somewhat accurate prediction, make one
  18. It seems when you die you go nowhere but back here.
  19. @Nahm That eases my fears but is it true? How can I feel (become the feeling of) pride about myself (my ego) if I dont exist. Wouldnt that feeling (coming from egoic thoughts) seize to appear?
  20. It might be about the experience itself. The experience of taking care of another human being that is made from you can be rewarding. Also experimentation.
