Hi. Rupert Spira in one of his videos is talking about the issue that we are aleady enlightened but we are just not counciouss of it. I Attach the link below from yt: In this case, I would also consider that being this "absolute force" is just extremely obvious from the fact of experiencing (for example eye closing and seeing nothingness as this fix element of the existence). So why should we claim that long hours/days/month/years is necessary for a person to be enlightened? It this "enlightenment" some kind of achievement?? It is just known empirically and logically..

Ok, Let's say I recognized that all materialism philosophy is false and I cannot be a human. So what then? Do I need to remind myself about that as many times as I can? That's quite strange because I realized that before, so.. should I come back to what I realized previously? Sounds like mind programming. -

@Meta-Man Thanks, But what do you mean by deepening this realization? Could this realization be deeper? Because as I for example realize something then I... realize that. I accept something. -
Hi. Yesterday I came back from the cinema and during the movie I was thinking about all the stuff involved with nonduality, God and so forth. That may not be a direct realization but I felt some kind of state "over" physical reality. After that I was going to home and during the journey I was more centered and felt really good and full of enthusiasm. Whole that state has gone after something like a few, maybe 3 hours. What do you think? Could it be some kind of mystical experience leading to the path to awekening or am I only cheating myself?

It was the feeling that reality is not physical and it is just an experience. That's it. -
I was thinking recently about philosophical issues and I came up to following "paradox" (or maybe there are just some false assumptions in it): Is it true that nothigness exists? (with objections) 1. TRUE -> Nothingness must exists, because the sentence "nonexistence of nothigness" is internaly contradictory (-> nonreality) . 2. FALSE -> Nothingness implies nonexistence, so there cannot be an option that it exists (-> reality) My conclusion is that 1) there must be reality as well as nonreality, 2) following with those assumptions there was a reality before the big-bang. However I don't know if there is not any error in it. What do you think?

Hi there, I have a question about the enlightenment experience with connection of bipolar disorder (my mental illness). I'm currently on medicines which are giving me a deep sense of control and internal peace. I'm also doing Leo's exercises on no-self experience. However I'm not sure and I have some conerns if the enlightenment state won't project some negative effects in my psyche. Do you know some research on this topic or some opinions from reliable scientists? Could you send me some links?
