@Leo Gura so everyone who holds an opinion (and presumable all opinions come from an ego) is a devil?

Can't say they are fat, but i thought they had infinite health. sadhguru has a huge belly! Are there any fit gurus, and can you meditate yourself to fitness? i think someone like krishnamurti/ leo fits more into my mental conception of what a spiritual leader looks like ... are there any female spiritual leaders with a slender figure? i'm looking for a role model haha and yes, i'm laughing at what i just typed out lol

-----EGO TRAP AHEAD----- Are we a little smarter/ deeper than the average joe? does understanding nonduality/ concepts which leo talks about require a high IQ? Am I smart? tho sadhguru talks about everyone having equal capability in looking inwards, but when you look at those gurus, and people who "understand", they seem to have that special kind of something in the way they carry themselves hehehe

if he has understood quantum mechanics i think leo has a very sharp intellect, so i guess he's buddi is strong

Truth is powerful, and it could be of great destruction if you are not careful and turn into a zen devil how do you self monitor, leo? it just sounds so hard and contexts (social/ cultural) are changing so much that there is no one absolute guide to adhere to

@Leo Gura godddammit, why is he tricking us then? 100% certain he said we are equal in looking inwards (there is a video on youtube of him saying exactly that - 02:26 Every human being has come with the same possibility 02:29 when it comes to the inner dimension. 02:31 It is just left unexplored, (maybe the trick word is in possibility? man i'm still faithful tho this sounds like a con-artist lmao) but if i were honest i would say being able to make the quantum leap/ shift in consciousness requires a certain type of logical intelligence to conceptualise nonduality and untangle "spiritual concepts" using words/ lingustics as an entry point. Even eckhart tolle is quite intelligent and philosophical. Maybe "buddhi" is also a key ingredient in spirituality...

@Leo Gura that said, though, what's the "appropriate"/ "adaptive" way to look at this matter? i have a great problem feeling "belonged" to a group because i question this too much like, damn, it's another collective ego again,, why belong to it... too much thoughts like this and it's easy to spiral into depression again

@Leo Gura if animals don't speak human language, does it mean they have always felt the one-ness with the cosmos? does it mean they are all actually quite spiritually enlightened? ...because our construct of enlightenment has come from its polar opposite of darkness/suffering, which is also a consequence of logic dualities lol

@Leo Gura leo i find "insider jokes"/ "group secrets" quite repulsive...maybe it's my resistance against the collective ego i always wonder, why can't a group be more transparent and let others know what's going on "inside"?

Thoughts? I think as a psychotherapist, he is quite high on the Spiral Dynamic stage, as compared to other more "reductionist"/ scientific methods of psychology/ therapy.

I don't think any animals other than humans get "anxiety" about future events, nor do they suicide (do dogs kill themselves?) So I'm really anxious and fearful and insecure, and it got so bad that there were recurring thoughts of suicide at the lowest times But if ego is driving my huge status anxiety, and it made me want to kill myself, isn't this the complete opposite of what the ego wants us to do?? so, what is the source of suicide?
