The Mirage is part of the reality, the secret is that you know it's a Mirage and not to get tricked by it and see past it. I don't really want to get into arguments so whatever works for you it's fine, I'll read it and consider it but at this moment my view works for me the best. I'm just little bit worried for others that might misinterpret what "ego" is and kill it. All the best on your journey -

This is duality. Your ego is you. It needs to be understood, integrated and aligned with nonduality. You can't have one without the other. If you ignore your ego, you're missing a part of the puzzle. The "ego" loves being right and hates being wrong. Once you're open minded and accept that it's ok to be wrong because nobody's born knowing everything, we all learn through our mistakes then the whole new world opens up to you. -

When you kill your “ego”, you kill yourself. It keeps you alive! It’s a very necessary part of you whatever you want to call it: ego, mind, brain, conscious, unconscious, subconscious, thoughts, feelings, personality, devil, saint, god etc. It’s all you, you’re one with it and you need to take care of it. It’s as important as your body, you need to keep it healthy. When you feed it on bs, it will give bs back. -
@Skanzi I think you are special and I also think that everyone’s special but most of the people don’t see it and don’t use it or don’t want it but everyone has a potential to be special. I don’t really want to disturb what works for you, I just wanted to say there’s nothing wrong with thinking that you’re special as long as you don’t make other people suffer for it. They already have enough suffering in their life. Sorry, this is just my view at things and it works for me, it’s great to see that you find something that works for you

Let’s get the app done so I can sell it If nobody wants to buy it then their bad luck and the world doesn’t deserve it then and it will get deleted haha

Don’t focus on actions at this moment unless you really want do it or enjoy it, you will start acting or improve the quality of your actions later once you “recharge”. Fix your head first, stop being negative and start being realistic. Have a good look around you there’s so many great things to do and have, you just need to want them enough to go and get them while enjoying the process, just pick and choose. Life is your oyster! You just need to do something to get the benefits but that doesn’t mean that it’s hard work, there’s a lot of things that you can do just because you love doing it, you just need to find them.

Do people deserve help? They need help and they ask for help but do they actually deserve it? The internet is spoiling people by giving a lot of free stuff, they just take it for granted and don’t appreciated the effort behind it. Ok, let’s not overgeneralize, some people don’t deserve help and some people do and these people appreciate the help and/or reward it to make sure that good things survive and thrive. I suppose it’s all about karma!

Wow, I love that. Isn’t our mind amazing how it can align things once we adjust it to our individual way of thinking based on our lives. There’s so much to the reality that we don’t understand yet while every generation gets “reset” to allow for new way of thinking while cherry picking from the knowledge of previous generations that results in a better more improved view and knowledge. -
Experiment, experiment and experiment! I strongly believe that it’s the routine that kills sex. Try new things, toys, porn or whatever different way you can come up with. I am in a 18 year relationship and sometimes it does get boring so we come up with different things to keep it good. Also, there’s nothing wrong with finding other people attractive as long as you do the “deed” at home and it also increases the sex drive. I love Matt Damon, Channing Tatum, my partner loves Cameron Diaz and we laugh about it. We both realize that it’s a different thing to look at someone and the practicality of sleeping with someone. We both don’t really want to go through the awkwardness of taking cloths off in front of a stranger and going through the process of finding what they like and teaching them what we like.

I’m sorry that you had a rough childhood. Kids can be so mean! Luckily, most of them grow out of it and the ones that don’t aren’t worth your attention. It’s the great people in your life that deserve your focus. They aren’t perfect but they do as much as they can while taking care of their needs. I don’t think you can fully remove the trauma of your childhood. But you can store it away and remove the triggers that keep bringing it up. I’d keep reminding myself that it’s my views and my memories that make the situation uncomfortable, not the people around me. I’d keep analyzing why they are laughing to keep proving to myself that they are not ridiculing me, they are just having fun and mean no harm. I assume that you’re around people that are treating you as good as they can. Unfortunately, changes don’t happen overnight. You need to keep working on it and keep recognizing and celebrating every little progress you make to change your views and to keep your motivation up. It will improve but it’s hard to undo 20 years of thinking but hey, there’s always hope and anything can happen! All the best and good luck!

Here’s my toy. I keep joking that it’s me in a bike version. Practical, different, no frills, honest, good value for money and powerful when twisted haha

@zeroISinfinity It's good to see that you're feeling better. It'll settle and you'll get your peace. -

Wow, I love to read different opinions on things but somehow I’m fully lost in all the noise of SD and personal judgements. -

I’m not Nahm but I thought I could help a little. I would lie down and just let my mind do whatever it needs to do, don’t fight anything. If you want/need to, you can put some relaxing music or a movie on for some background noise. And breathe! Your mind is probably “rewiring” and needs some break and time for it to settle. -
This can be so exhausting. I don’t want to mess anyone up, I want to help them! Constantly digging deep inside and making sure that it’s the right thing and experimenting if I’m not confident to make sure that I personally do what I share with others while allowing for everyone’s complete uniqueness. Oh well, I’m progressing that’s all it matters.

I don’t know, if I knew that I would probably get a Nobel Prize. Maybe it’s your calling to find out. I’m happy with the knowledge I have about God, it’s enough for me. When you want to know more than anyone else, you need to do your own research. Just be careful, you might not ever get there and other things that might be important to you might get neglected. We can’t do everything, choose your focus and improve our current knowledge if you want to. -

Isn’t it great that you can create your own meaning? Nobody imposes any meaning on you, it’s your creation. I chose happiness for everyone! -

God is not a human so God doesn’t have the same senses as we do. God is everywhere and in everything. I see God as a type of “energy”. -

This is why I said “closer to the truth”. That one occurrence of your phone levitating is an indication that you don’t know the whole truth and it needs more investigating. But you still are 99% correct based on those 99 instances when the phone hit the ground. -
JustThinkingAloud replied to wesyasz's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I go by consistency and predictability. The more something is consistent and predictable, the closer to the truth it is.
