Hm. Societies can be total far right-wing and Nazi and still develop economically, scientifically, even culturally. Even get ahead of progressive societies. I do not think that psychological evolution is needed for many societal developments. Another thing would be that you do not actually need many people to do big changes. A handful of people can write a bill or a policy and a handful more will vote it, but it will influence the whole nation and ofc the next generations.

What I do in similar occasions is trying to be honest in a diplomatic way. At least with close friends Eg: -I do not feel like hanging out/doing that tonight. -I just want to solo chill tonight, might pop a book, movie, game, project, whatever. -I want do do something else while I am high. You do not really need to explain anything, I just like to be honest in a non-aggressive way. There is no need to provide a verifiable reason, that will make sense to them for your absence. If you do not want do do something than don't. Its as simple as that.

One thing can be to practice giving, without taking. Do not expect anything from any interaction, observe and accept what has played out. You can willfully give your energy, and willfully not give it, hate can only sprout when you are unconsciously trying to get energy from others but you are not getting any, or maybe you are expecting a specific batch every Tuesday. That is a blueprint for disaster. Better way would be to get your energy internally, and own it, that way you won't be a slave to the vampiristic way humans are used to function. Your mistrust is well placed. MBTI self-tests are probably the worst and most inaccurate way to type. Better ways would be: -People that know you well, but know the theory to double blind type you. -Typed by a good type specialist, preferably in a double-blind manner (Which wont include bunch of questions that give points, but instead you'll be answering couple of questions where you audio-video talk for 5ish minutes to answer each, the more the better) -Know the theory yourself, be willing to see/examine your blind-spots and be uncomfortable, type yourself. -The last would be an online test. As I remember he mentioned that both the forum and blog posts were meant to be raw and unpolished. Many just do not take this into account while reading him, thence all the unnecessary friction.
