Well both blue and green are collectivist stages, right. So it is natural for green to put at their focus a group identity. On the Balkans these group identities are mainly ethnicity, or religion, and a lot of them in a tiny space. So if we already do have dominant blue/red emergence of the current level of cultural green might just reinforce blue thinking and green being so critical and loud about oppression, minorities ect, it might as well help create, or give fuel to already lurking separatist, nationalist movements. My point is, we don't want to get to a place where a person being a croat, serb, macedonian, albanian, bosnian, monte-negrian, kosovian, slovenian ... ect is somehow important, this is what orange does ofc. Note that it is probably better in Croatia and Slovenia, you guys seem a bit ahead. But Serbia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo... it can get bloody way easier i think. I do not think we have, I fear the same thing. That is why I think pushing into individualist orange is important. My prime reason being psychological, its that orange sees another human as a unique case, as an individual, this drastically reduces the chance that we get ethnically based flocking if shit hits the fan. Its a surface level analysis ofc, but you probably sense what am I aiming at. On the other hand, I think economical green will be easier to pass here than lets say in the US. Energetic, environmental, food, issues also have bigger potential.

@SirVladimir Yeah. I know man. I got the feeling that you will get that vibe. I am just not sure you can do that. I think the same advice applies here too. The very design of these social media platforms is build around attention harvesting, sold for user behavior modification. Think about it. That is why we don't pay 12$ a month for using them, we pay with our attention. There are people that work for these companies as attention designers , they design things to make sure you stay on their platform, its the same people that design casino slot machines, they design addiction. Its in the very design of the platforms, working trough stories, news-feed, linked accounts, UI, notifications to make you addicted, the design even works if you are offline and if you are not on your phone, it will get you back on it. Its not just that they want only your attention, its that you don't get to chose where it goes, via subtle tricks, that are beyond our perception, this attention will be directed. Its not in the business interest that you chose, that leaves too many variables in the game, its better if we are left, or even better, made unconscious and this attention than can be directed, leaving you with the illusion of choice. Its basically mind hacking. The longer you stay exposed to the hack, the more it will be able break trough. My main point behind this is that it will not only waste your time, the design works on your dopamine circuit and it will wreck it, leaving you unhappy and unmotivated, it will also make you susceptible to other high dopamine activities, such as, junk food, alcohol, games, porn ect. If you get the feeling/urge that you need to check something on FB or Insta, it means that the hack worked. I've tried ways of dealing with it, all have failed miserably for me, still I liked many of the features these platforms offer, so I gave my best to find a solution of how to use them consciously. This was the only one that has worked. Be deliberate, know before hand exactly what will you do, do it, and get out, the firewall list I wrote before helps a lot too. Hope it still helps. If you find another way that works, I'd be glad to hear it.

Mostly cultural green. I do not think we can handle it yet. Economic is fine with me. There is too much untamed collective rage in the collective unconscious. Focusing on these group identities might just re-awake some nasty stuff, ethnic identities being the prime, and religious, the secondary. A lot of stage red-blue around here, its a small place and a melting pot, we don't seem ready for it. At least that is what I think. My idea is that we need to transcend and overcome these stage blue/red identities at stage orange only to re-explore and integrate them at green. ? @zeroISinfinity I am from the center south! From the country that has no name, or is not allowed to have it, its standard Balkan messy stuff, you know.

This is what I did to keep the internet from filling my mental RAM and draining y willpower Hope you will find it useful. I found out that I have way more control over it this way, rather than it having control over me and killing both my will, clarity of mind and motivation. I also learned that using willpower and focusing on discipline will always be fruitless if you do not engineer your environment to work for you. If your environment is engineered to help you do what you want, discipline and willpower will be effortless. Phone: -Deleted all social media apps from phone, including messenger. -Be extremely wary of apps where you can scroll, that is a slot machine. Including this forum. It can addict you and wreck you. -Kept only really useful and productivity apps on it. Only crucial apps. -The ones I liked to binge, but still needed them work wise (eg: discord, slack, viber), I locked them with time based app-locker app, my allowed time on them being 15 minutes. -Placed all these apps in a folder that is located on the upper corner of the third screen. -On the first screen I have, Notion, calculator, google translate, time-boxing app and that is all. -Turn off all notifications. -Turn off cell data and wi-fi, if you can allow yourself turn on airplane mode. -Leave your phone in a drawer, or just in another room. -If I go outside, its in a backpack, not in pocket. PC: -Installed LeechBlock (Stay-Focused for Chrome). Its a web blocking app. -Configured it to block all websites, excluding banking sites and food ordering sites. -The only unblocked time is 5pm-7pm. This is the period where I use anything internet related. -Check messages, mails, reply, write what I had to, post stuff that I have to. Its important to be very deliberate. -All the other hours, there is no internet. Its blocked. -If I want to use the internet for any emergency reason I will have to type a difficult random 64 character password. -This will allow me to use the web for 15 mins and lock it again. -If I want to change the settings of the browser and stop this "madness", I will have to unlock the access by taking an usb stick, opening several heavy password protected archives and inside open a png containing a random character password, type that in. Its too much effort, so you easly stick with the plan. I try to end my sessions with 10-15 min of meditation. Just to make sure there are no residual random thoughts haunting me. I bet you can do all your social media stuff in 30 mins. Those 2 hours are actually way more than I usually need. If someone writes something on your posts ect, its ... easy, you reply the next day during your internet time. You don't dwell on it, no need to have that in your mental RAM. You need your RAM for your actual LP, not some random cache files. You do not have to do this big of an overkill ofc.. lol... this is just....what works for me. This chart might help too, if you factor in the mindless internet consumption that can happen as instant gratification.

I just have no clue where this fits, maybe a MBTI, meme thread, ey ? I died laughing.

I've never tried it, but I have a friend that does games on LSD. He seems to like it a lot. Maybe I'll try that out some day, will see I am not sure of how much you can improve your performance, but it surely will increase the intensity of the experience. This is the last one he played: ... lol And intends to play this one on acid too. lol.

Hm I thought all this was known and obvious, its quite weird how its becoming novel.... again. I just wasn't aware for quite some that people were using the word "racist" for the implicit, perceptual biases that people have. I thought a better use of the word "racist" was to point towards the proclivity of people to anchor and prime this perception and not see beyond it.

Sorry for the delayed response man. Yeah... I am from the same region too. I have actually re watched the first and the second one recently. I would agree on the bias that you see, I noticed it too, but I would not put much weight on it, it seems like 60/40 bias to me, might be wrong. It seems like he was aiming for an objective representation and got carried a bit away in the process of making it. Maybe his research wasn't complete, maybe he didn't all have the data, maybe he had a bit of Yugo-nostalgia in him idk. Still, I find it quite precise, it touches a lot of topics that would be taboo in the west and repressed unconscious collective rage of the ex-Yugo people. This is where the second part of your post comes in... Idk how wise it is to poke into the collective unconscious of the Balkans... and revive these tempting us vs them group based narratives. It surely did create this "blame the west" victim culture in the last 30 years...luckily.... its dying out, or so I perceive. I just hope that this place will be able to get into stable orange ... and that green gets delayed for at least 10 years.

I'll just post this here in order to create a link between the threads. -
I usually reduce to the min, or cut out the things that are stimulating me, so that boring stuff becomes normal. Its a dopamine fast, you can find a lot of info on you-tube Imagine 10 thousand years ago when people did not have phones, movies, games, porn, podcasts, salt, all sorts of food, coffee and so on. I bet they took a thing like "walking 60 miles", or "scraping hides all day" as a normal/would do thing, I do not think that they had to drag themselves to do these difficult and boring things. My advice is, do not try to enforce will, or try to build discipline if your environment is not in order. Just don't do it. If your environment is handled well, discipline will fall into place naturally, and using will, will become effortless. Here is some inspiration from a section of my commonplace book.

I am a game artist, environment artist to be more specific, but can do all sorts of things. @Juressic Ping me if you are up to something BTW I think it would be wise to focus on one stage, or the conflict between two. Especially for a small scope game. Lets say red vs green, orange vs green. Blue, vs red (seen way too many times).... your imagination is your limit.

What an interesting coincidence...... Leos blog ... and a thread now. I was compiling a list of games that deal with spirituality, consciousness and such in the last couple of days.... Planed to make a new thread, but it will fit here perfectly.. ha... Looks like mostly stage green or above: So lets begin. SOMA: A FP, sci-fi horror. Its main theme is consciousness, to be exact, copying consciousness. Its such an awe inspiring game...I don't want to spoil it too much. Spoiler: In the game there is a sub-theme of the WAU (Warden Unit), its an AI system that is programed to preserve humanity. There has been an apocalyptic event and the planet is not suitable for human life, the WAU experiments for creating a new host for the human by uploading their consciousness into a machine, creating cyborgs, human-sea-life genetic blends...ect. https://soma.fandom.com/wiki/WAU Observer: A cyberpunk FP psychological horror. It deals with the theme of consciousness. You are an Observer, a detective that can plug into other peoples minds in order to investigate. It includes mind melds, loosing yourself into other peoples minds, losing your own mind. Augmentations, uploading consciousness to a server...ect....Its a masterpiece. Torment: Tides of Numinera - A CRPG, more of a ...a game-book. Deals with all sorts of themes like spirituality, philosophy, consciousness, the mind, trans-dimensional stuff, existence, identity, choice...... the world and the characters of the game are sooo.....deep,diverse and interesting. The writing is bombastic. You are a castoff of the changing god. He changes bodies like socks, when he leaves a body, a new consciousness is born in it, the castoff. There is a deep mystery hunting you.... and the changing god..... The Sorrow. Your minds awakes in darkness, aching cold sets into an unfamiliar body.... and so life begins. Layers of Fear: A FP psychological horror You are a mad-schizophrenic artist, you return to your old house after a long time to finish a painting. The Void: FP mystery. I haven't played this one yet... Its on my list. In the game you are dead and in between worlds, you are working to save your soul,by..... harvesting color... Quite weird Russian game. Transference: FP psychological mystery/horror Troubled scientist in a corrupted digital VR simulation. It has real, movie like footages in it. Call of Cthulhu: Haven played this one yet... but I am quite eager. Lovecraftian art/media is always based around the theme of existence and consciousness, painted with the brush of human smallness and insignificance. The gigantic forces beyond the veil, piercing the veil....indifferent to man.... like man is to ants. The Sinking City: Another HP Lovecraft game. Came out this year. Its on my list too. Psychedelic games: Couple of Amanita Design games. Samorost 3: Point and click adventure. Its set in a surreal cute world, there is a backstory and hell of a lot of psychedelic puzzles...haha..don't expect the puzzles we are used to. Just play this!... its a 6 hour game, you will never regret it. Amanita games are a drug themselves. Machniarium: Point and click adventure Botanicula: Point and click adventure Chuchel: Point and click adventure Creaks: Point and click adventure Adventure games involving the paranormal in a unique way: Fran Bow: Little Misfortune: Some extra games worth checking out: Osmos: Little Nightmares: Everything:

Sorry for ghosting you guys... I tend to vanish from the web at times. I'll give it a shot man. What I was thinking was that: The actual root of racism is situated in the disgust center of the brain, or at least closely linked with it. Also... a part of the point is that actual biological races do not exist and that race is an arbitrary selection box, but the mechanism that creates race in our very perception is biologically driven. And it might very well be located/linked with the disgust center. Why the disgust center ? Imagine living in England 250k years ago, you were probably well adapted to that environment, adapted to the plant life, the animal life, the fungi, molds, microorganisms, parasites, germs, the climate, sun amount... ect. Your ancestors surely did adapt, else you wont be alive. It also happens that the people near you looked alike, white, pale, with light hair, probably blue eyes. A product of this local adaption. So in the BIOS of your brain, trough ages of time, couple of lines of code came into being: If: people look alike. Than: they are near me (genetically, geographically) Than: they are exposed to the same type of germs/organisms as I am. Than: they can carry the same germs I am already exposed to. Than: I am already immune to them, or at least can deal with them. Capable of dealing or immune = I live. ________________________________________ If: I meet someone unknown that looks like me. Than: he is no threat = both me and him live. Than: social Interaction = worth risking _______________________________________ If I meet someone that does not look like me. ( Asian or Black lets say, if we take you are prehistorical Brit) Than: He is not from this environment. Than: He is exposed to non-local-germs. Than: He might carry them with him. Than: Some may pass to me and I might get them. Than: Me getting unfamiliar germs = Danger Than: The person that is not alike = Danger Engage - Disgust center. Protocol - Eliminate or disengage from the organism that might carry the danger. Or wall away from it. Make sure you never visually see it around you. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Basically racism is couple of lines of back-end code... No one thinks this code.... it computes in the background and than it feeds your perception ....you have no clue why you feel that way about that person. You know the code has been fired when you see someone make the "disgust-face" (constriction of the oral and nasal cavities so things can't get in), imagine licking the base of a leaky public toilet, there you have it. This code-thing branches out and creates effects such as racism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, homophobia, strict sexual morality, anorexia (disgust from self)... you name it. These effects can be reinforced by social means ofc. The novelty effect seems to be interlinked with it too. I would like to distinguish mind from brain for obvious reasons. I do not think their BIOSes are that alike and that you have more edit power in the BIOS of your mind, but not the brain. @Forestluv I hope you do not misunderstand me. But I am not a fluent English speaker and lack the vocabulary. So I may lose things in translation, and my writing may come across as dry, or very logical. I can struggle in forming sentences at times. I am also sorry if i came across as arrogant or sharp, it was an attempt to bait/tease and I got a bit.... carried away. Thank you for pointing it out. I hope it clears up the noise. What i was trying to get across is that: sacrifices will have to be made on both "camps" if there is to be any any unification and collaboration. None can have it their way all the way trough. Both perspectives are incomplete. Transcending them requires letting go of pet junk and it will include pain... I personally prefer to help people be ok with pain and discomfort instead of shielding them, it does not mean I cant feel them, or tend to look down on them, it does not mean I would not be with them in their pain.... but that's just me and my 2 cents.

The closest thing I've got to those were some of the hypnagogic flashes I had while practicing OBEs, Its light in the form of, light-dots, light-orbs, light-knots, void-spots-surrounded by light, light-curls. But they were floating in the void (3D blackness), and not here in the physical, lets say. I would like to see that too There were also things like perfect-beautiful-intelligent-wise and most commonly female faces pooing in and out, scaly-eyed-tentacles, thorny-tentacles, machinery and gears, 6-8 eyed heads .... -
This is just a bit "geographically" off-topic. But it fits the narrative. Its 2 long documentaries about the fall of Yugoslavia, the US, space programs, socialism, debt, the CIA, declassified documents ect.... its quite a sad story.. You might like these, especially if you live in the Balkan mess.
