Nobody is forcing you to do anything. What do you want? -

You are afflicted by a very rare and terminal affliction called The Human Condition You are clearly mature and have a lot of potential that will take you far. Indeed, developing emotional stability and increasing self-love isn't necessarily easy, but a worthy challenge. The main point I would like you to consider and be aware of is that even though you feel uniquely unstable, and as though there is something very wrong with you, it is not out of the ordinary. Feeling numb, overly emotional, anxious, or thinking that you are broken are common among human beings and youth. What is less common however, is having the self-awareness and seeking attitude that you have.

One method to relax the body and muscles before meditation is to contract them as tight as you can for a few seconds, then release upon the exhale. You can do this with the muscles in your face; contracting and tightening your face muscles as much as you can for a few seconds, then releasing, and repeat this a few times. Tighten, relax, tighten, relax -

Well without reps I officially have no idea what to think or who to respect. What am I supposed to do now? Judge merit based on content? The only thing that's been actualized is this dystopian nightmare.

Ahh very interesting. What you are describing is sometimes referred to as Precognitive Dreams. Precognition means to have perception of something before it occurs. Psst... by the way, if you are going to dream of anything, please dream of me being extra rich and extra handsome. Thank you. -

What dreams do you have? -
I used to do d2d sales too. I hated it and felt like I was suffocating because I couldn't be myself. Do you enjoy it?

Your experience sounds about in line with most salvia experiences I've heard, which is to say, awful. -
I would ease into a plant based diet and see how it effects you. I have had similar experiences in the past to what you're describing. Someone counter-productively, I found/find that somewhat 'heavier' foods tend to actually calm the system down a bit more, though this might be better described as 'dulling'. When I make certain green-smoothies I am actually filled with a lot of vital energy and feel good for a while, but later actually it makes me feel ungrounded and a bit unhinged. If you practice meditation, yoga or anything that stimulates energy, I suggest that you pace it back and do less. Sometimes less is more. Conventional wisdom also says that exercise and physical grounding would help. I spent a far amount of time feeling quite uneasy, and parts of the day I'd suddenly feel depleted and need to sleep. These things pass though. Sometimes we can only mitigate symptoms and allow things to unfold on their own. Best of luck.

Well perhaps one of the most grand implications it that all of reality is not only informational, but that this information database can be accessed by consciousness readily through intent, and that through intent one can effect the probably outcome of events and experience. He has workshops that engage in things like remote viewing and remote healing. What I do like however is that when you distill down his teachings to the most practical stuff, it is about making choices on a day to day and moment to moment level that help to raise your consciousness to 'become love' as he says. That means things like being kinder, letting go of fear and being in the world and interacting with people. No doctrines, no magic spells, just living. One weird and interesting thing is the implications as to to level of diversity of the realities out there, particularly non-physical realities. Each of them with their own unique ruleset, inhabited by its own life. One 'story' comes to mind, and I've been trying to hunt down the expert but I can't find the epub/mobi ebook version that I had, and I can't search through the PDF version. (For those who have read his work, its regarding 'The Big Cheese', a kind of demi-god of a certain realm, who was high upon the hierarchy of this particular space) I was hesitant to share it anyway because it's so silly and radical to anyone who is highly skeptical to anything non-physical, and it might be somewhat unjust to be presented outside of the context of the acutely step-by-step logical build up of these ideas that the books and lectures create- but his descriptions of some non-physical-realities are really fun. I'll leave those to be discovered by people themselves. If that leaves anyone hungry for fun stories, check out 'Journeys out of the Body' - which is purely the recount of some strange experiences that came upon a dude. It's a short and very easy, although potentially mind melting read. -

Tom is the man, and I think he's the real McCoy. My Big Toe might be the greatest introduction to metaphysics for the left-brained. Shame his work can be so dense to get into. The stuff gets weird though... really weird. I find it really fun that it turns out he's one of the physicists mentioned in the classic book Journeys out of the Body, by the 'father' of the OOB experience himself, Robert Monroe. -
