Today I am 30. I found Leo only in November 2018. Thank you Leo so much. I think my life improved quite a lot. I found more friends, I improved relationships with my parents, my wife. But the most important thing - I found direction in life and what this reality is all about. Yesterday I decided to be 100 open to my wife and said her about my 5-Meo-DMT trip and LSD trips, that I am going to continue to do LSD from time to time for spiritual growth. So far so good, she was fine with that. Anyway, wish me anything.

You never know until you try I did it backward. First a high dose of 5-leo-dmt and then a few full trips of lsd. I would say lsd trips are awesome and nice, but they are not going to prepare you to 5-meo-dmt that much, it's a different experience. I just suggest to follow what Leo suggested with starting from a low dose. If you feel you are ready for such a life change and really want to try 5-leo-dmt, then why not.

Yeah, in order to let an emotion pass you first need to notice it, be aware of it, in other words let it be. So, you let it be until it dissolves, until you let go of it, you don't feel it anymore in any way. Something similar I find with Vipassana meditation applied to sensations. You put your awareness on some part of the body until you can do "free flow" through it. The essence of these techniques: feel it until it dissolves. This is the universal law, I guess. If you want something to pass you need to go deeply through it. The mistake would be to fight with it trying to repress it. I think, that's the law because everything is God. If you're trying to repress something it means you are not Okay with what You (as a God) created. "Let it go bro"

Detach from outcome. In order to do it you need to become master of letting go. In order to do it you need to realize you are God, everything is Love. In order to do it rise your consciousness. The most fastest way 5-Leo-DMT.

English is not my native language, so I think I will fail to explain. But I will try. I had troubles in relationship. I tried to fix it by fixing everything outside. Nothing good happened. Then, I took responsibility for myself and started to meditate, went to Vipassana retreat, tried psychedelics and everything started to go in a positive direction in all areas of my life. Well, I have a long way to grow to the state when I am able to surrender to the Flow and realize that everything is God. So, there are no problems whatsoever. There is no one to fix. But from my direct experience, when you change yourself (shrink your ego) everything around changes in a positive way. That's what I suggested to OP. Of course I don't know the situation precisely and of course this is a good thing to help people (if they ask for the help or you *must* help otherwise a person dies for example). In general I would suggest to not try to be a smart ass and start from yourself.

The best teacher is you. I mean, for theory Leo (+ his booklist) is more than enough. For practice you only need you and, perhaps, a few psychodelics. I mean, 2 lsd trips taught me not less (perhaps more) than the whole Leo's preaching. But ultimately you need both, find your own balance between theory and practice.

Forget about your sister. Start from yourself, man. When you fix yourself you fix everyone. Or better there is no one to fix.

My conceptual understanding: There are two orders of reality. • 1st order − everything is Consciousness (Being, God, Love, Truth). • 2nd order − everything is concept. Ego (mind) is a concept (or illusion, or ignorance). The source of 2nd order is 1st order. Answer: If you look from the 1st order of reality the question doesn't make sense since there is no ignorance (or mind, or consciousness, or question (lol)). Everything is God. If you look from the 2nd order of reality we are trying to remove ignorance from the mind (ego) to realize the true nature of reality (aka 1st order).

I have a feeling that he is not aware that he lies to himself and the world. He definitely must read "Mistakes are made but not by me".

I am a noob in psychodelic field, but on my second LSD trip I had a glimpse of such realization. That you can't turn to anyone for help with this. It was so scary (sad) from one side and so liberating from another. I remember calling to friend anyhow and he is: "Are you Okay?" and I: "Who? Me?" (thinking it's me talking to me). Anyway, sorry for hijacking the thread, but how to overcome such fear? Probably, only through more trips (more direct experience)?
