Agreed, it is positive, my projection of it wasn't.. Life is dance of Love, dancing is amazing hehe I liked my 10-days Vipassana retreat, I couldn't stick to the practices back at home. Now I prefer a little of "deep breathing/do nothing" meditation in the morning, psychedelics and listening to Abraham Hicks Have a good day
