  1. @Knowledge There are few common traps on spiritual journey: • solipsism (Only me exists, others do not) • come&go (During non-dual experience I leave a body and come back to the body afterwards) • giving your authority (This person is more awake than me, I should believe him more than myself)
  2. Rupert ????????❤️
  3. @JosephKnecht ?❤️ Yes, it is perfect as it is ?
  4. @JosephKnecht Leo just a human being as anyone else in this forum. So, of course he has his own beliefs to let go. He just super open minded and has immense desire for the Truth. In other words, he is brave enough to lose everything for nothing. So grateful to imagine this guy Lol
  5. Vision board is something else. Read this, that's one of the most life changing threads in the forum
  6. @Shiva99 have you experienced the breakthrough non-experience? Learning about nonduality may play bad role since by learning something you add some ideas, new beliefs. Spiritual work is about LETTING GO, meditation is about LETTING GO, it's not about adding, it's about losing. To lose everything for nothing. Theoretical pointers are important but they should be directly investigated. What I am saying is: let go that "it doesn't work", even don't put your attention on it, really. It works, use dreamboard, write what you want, anything which comes to your mind, work with it everyday, meditate, continue practices. It is worth it. If you are tired of all of it - 5-MeO may be your answer ALL IS GOOD NOW.
  7. It's fine to force yourself at the beginning to make a habit as LfcCharlie4 mentioned. Figure out what you enjoy, do you have a dreamboard for that? I find Wim Hof breathing, cold shower, clean diet to be as important as formal meditation practice.
  8. @LfcCharlie4 ? Recently I've started to meditate longer than 20 minutes just because I simply want. That's amazing to be driven by an inspiration and not a motivation.
  9. @Shiva99 it's not about timing - it's about enjoyment. For you 1 hour is enjoyable, for someone else 20 minutes. @PukkaDanks to make meditation "life transforming" you may combine it with psychedelic journey "Meditation is who you are. It's not what you do"
  10. ?‍♂️?‍♀️
  11. Only if you could truly let go of beliefs: "I am separate", "I will die", "I am real", "I need ...", "I come&go". That's the whole work, before that you probably have to let go other dogmas, say about psychedelics.
  12. +1 for starting from 3 days home retreat if possible.
  13. There is nothing to achieve, there are a lot of beliefs to let go
  14. You are the insight itself, and yes, there is nothing wrong ?
  15. @Galyna does it mean three of us from Ukraine originally?
  16. @Denys what about flying to Poland on low-cost flight and putting it into the baggage, just idea popped up
  17. If you can get psy in Ukraine I am already considering it to be a success
  18. @zeroISinfinity @Moon thank you for the input, thinking about adding "girl on ecstasy" experience to my dreamboard lol
  19. @JayG84 yep. We can say the whole spiritual path is about re-contextualization, based on 'who you are' knowing. Recently, watching few Osho videos before sleep. Few years ago: 'It's funny and interesting', now: 'Fuck, yeah, exactly!' ?
  20. @Codrina That feels amazing to me Just choose the best feeling thought.
