@Jay Ray good-good, I feel you are quite advanced spiritual seeker ? There is a direct relation between thought and feeling. Every thought can be felt differently. You can always trust your feelings, no matter what. So, when you write Truth of course it feels like Truth = Happiness = Peace. But there is also some belief onplay which ultimately stems from 'I am separate self" belief which feels 'bored/upset'. Let go of this belief and be in peace ?

And certainly you shouldn't figure out 'how', in the same way you don't know how moving fingers on your hand happen. Start a dreamboard, write what you want, let go of 'how', live life you always wanted ?

But why? What the goal of this conceptual understanding? I can understand if you want to understand how to cook for example but what the point of this knowledge? Spiritual path is all about dropping the beliefs, no need for the new beliefs. It's the opposite direction to conceptualize spirituality. So, you can just have fun on spiritual forum, that's the only thing. For realisations do the practices ?

@zeroISinfinity no point, except just to love, since your true nature. Experience = Source = Happiness = Being If you suffer, the only reason is that, you holding to a thought which don't feel good. Suffering is a call to unsuffering, for doing spiritual practices, or not doing it, whatever helps you to realize the beauty of current moment. Every moment is enlightened. It's pure magic, miracle. When you got it, by letting go the beliefs, fully, the life becomes so simple, it's just appreciation of experience, of yourself ?

When we are talking is just a noise Lol Ego is a belief that you are separate entity. Belief is a constantly repeated thought. Thought is God, since Non-Duality. Absolutely speaking, Winny = ego = you = God Relatively speaking, ego doesn't exist since it's just a belief, there is no Winny in other words, just this. So, it probably doesn't make sense to you It can't go wrong really, just love Winny and every thing and every one around. It's just a dream after all, so what do you want to create?

I was thinking to relax means zoom out. But there is no 'out', every thing 'in'. So, to relax just gently invite the experience, come close and close until you merge with the experience, until there is no you, only One. That's how you are Here&Now, by realizing there is no distance between you and any thing, by just Being, L O V E
