  1. @StarStruck I see 5-MeO as a healing medicine. You feel amazing in the body after the session, usually a lot of body tension released during bilateral symmetry movements. I can see how 5-MeO may work differently for different users depending on 'letting go' skills. Also, the dosage is important, breakthrough is needed for the therapy.
  2. Mind is a belief, there is no mind. Attention is "stretching" yourself towards an object. You are the sky, thoughts are clouds. Self-inquire: see how thoughts comings and going, ask yourself: "who is experiencing this thought?". You won't find any mind. The trick is to relax, allow the attention to sink... then, you may have realization: "WTF! There is no me. Everything is me. Nothing really happens. It's all peaceful peace. I'm beyond time and space" ☺️

  6. @Corey11 If the base self-inquiry practice currently doesn't resonate with you, maybe try the guided meditations that based on it? I can recommend Rupert Spira. Also, psychedelics is amazing tool to see what is so to speak

  9. @BlackMaze People believed in the past that the Earth is flat. Nowadays, we can fly to the Earth orbit to realize it's not really the case. In the same vein, enlightenment is simply realization about your true nature. Where do you fly to see yourself? There are various ways to realize that the Earth is not flat, say, we may need a rocket. In case of enlightenment we may practise self-enquiry for example.
  10. @F A B How do you feel? You are here to be happy, to have fun, to give love. Do you feel happy right now? If not, it means there are thought patterns in place that don't allow you to feel who you are. Due to these thought patterns you may do some "bad" things. Doing "bad" things reinforces those patterns... Daily morning meditation for the rescue.

  15. It's not about how many times someone tripped. Trip when you feel like tripping. Not saying that the schedule is not important at all but you have to have a strong desire to trip. Do it when you are in the best mood for that, when you want to have fun, when you want to know who you truly are. Try to relax as deep as possible during tripping, investigate the direct experience, that's the main point. Few years of tripping using LSD/Shrooms/5-MeO may completely change your life in a beautiful way. I highly recommend to meditate daily for 1 hour as the first thing in the morning while you're working with these substances. Godspeed.
