@roopepa Reading it slowly from time to time. ACIM is a unique book since it's hard to grasp by thinking but easy to hear by actual you. It drove "love whatever arises" message *home*. The book didn't resonate with me for a long time too. Abke's series felt so good, so I couldn't but open ACIM one more time and this time it resonated perfectly. Just opening the book today: ??

Can relate to it, when I joined the forum in 2018, that was a usual reaction. Now every message feels like *home*

You are free life. Life can't escape itself. Suffering is produced not by situation, but due to involvement in thinking that doesn't feel good. Look on positive side of things, you can breath, you can enjoy sunny days, you can enjoy nature for example. Make a small step by a small step in improving how you feel. I dunno, start a routine in the morning to cook&drink cappuccino for example. Anything you want, anything that feels good to you.

@freejoy Metaphorically... the screen plays a movie. A movie character takes psychedelic, so the movie plot changes drastically while the movie character high. You are the whole movie & the screen simultaneously. Does psychedelic help the screen to realize itself, that it's not just a movie character? Perhaps, the drastic movie plot changes is helpful for dis-identifying yourself with the movie character, the danger arises if the screen misinterpret yourself as the radical movie plot. There is only screen, this.
