  1. @Rilles thank you for "Fortune". Listening to it every day
  2. @Robi Steel Thank you. I am so grateful for this experience. It's so much easy for me to talk to people now when you feel that you are One. When you know that this is just God's game
  3. @Sable Lion Thank you for the questions. I want to start from the beginning. The report which I posted was written at night after the trip. I was reading the report and was thinking that you really can't map that experience to words. These words are the best which I could come up with. After the ego death, you realize that you are Infinity (or God). But when your mind returns to function you really can't understand what happened. There are no thoughts when you are Infinity because the thoughts are the product of the mind. It is no-mind. So, to talk about it is a really inaccurate thing, just projection of the mind which is definitely not Truth. To answer your question what is pure love. Pure love (or unconditional love, or peace) is the source of everything. There is nothing but pure love. How does it feel? Let's say it's a lot a lot of peace, imagine... Sorry, I can't really describe it. It's stronger than orgasm. I think it's possible to achieve this realization via meditation, yoga, self-inquiry, honesty. Good luck. We are all One, one big Love.
  4. Thank you. Go to Mexico for Bufo toads?
  5. I would: • drop my job • never go to the internet • set the goal to hug as many people as possible • smile to everyone with unconditional love • enjoy every little moment
  6. Just watch the next 3 minutes to expand on these 2 points.
  7. Could somebody validate whether it's a good idea for a newbie to start from Gamana's book? @Leo Gura
  8. Okay. That's what I noted for myself after watching the episode: 1. Label it (this is ego backlash). 2. Be mindful. 3. Do not make any major decisions when you feel emotional. 4. As much as you can try to maintain your positive habits. 5. Frame it in a positive way. This is growth. 6. Stop expecting quick fixes. 7. Apply self-love.
  9. Did you watch Leo's ego backlash episode? If I am not mistaken Leo was suggesting to re-watch the episode during such periods.
  10. I don't know exactly. I may be mistaken. It seems it's too little theory in the other one.
  11. @Widdle Puppy Leo wrote in one book review that all the fundamentals to start a practice is in JC S book, so it looks like we need this book.
  12. @andyjohnsonman, @Sahil Pandit, thank you, guys.
  13. It seems nobody wants to answer my silly question. I try to make more authentic questions: 1) do you still recommend for the newbie to start from JC S's book or Gamana's book is enough? 2) my ego is a bit afraid to start the practice; I imagine the situation that you may open the channels so fast that may bring huge suffering to life; is it really the case? or someone should practice yoga for years to achieve it?
  14. Interesting. I resonate with your insight. You can wash plates and be mindful. But once one wise man told me: "Never forget that all doing is keeping us from being." Interesting, what he meant? Probably, the meanings attached to "doing" are completely different in these insights.
  15. I do 20-minutes of "do nothing" meditation and a few minutes of concentration technique daily. I am thinking about ordering the kriya book which Leo suggested in the "Real Yoga" video. Is it still the preferable way to get started with kriya?
  16. Thank you all for creative art. I do not have much to share yet except one little sound. aum.mp3
  17. > I really started trusting Leo Oh, boy! Do not trust this guy. (this is a usual trap) Check for yourself, from the direct experience. Good luck with your journey.
  18. @Nahm Oh, man, this is a beautiful breakdown, thank you for sharing.
  19. Warning: I know nothing. Just observe the anger, do not suppress it. You are still alive (seems so), be happy for that. It was as it should be. You've learned the lesson, that's it, the end of the story. Be grateful, surrender, give love.
