  1. I find micro-mini doses of lsd to be a much better tool than weed.

  3. Imagine, you are inside a dream, how can you check whether it's a dream or not? I asked my friend, she said in order to check this you need to look into palm, in a dream you can't see a hand in details. It sounds similar to Leo's advise to look into hand to see a God in "What is Actuality?" video. I have a concept: the dream world (or the illusion of illusion), current reality (or illusion) and God (Reality) is a system inside a system inside a system (roughly speaking). So, if you can realize that you are the creator of a dream in a similar way you can realize that you are God. Does someone have insights about it?
  4. @Serotoninluv would be nice to have a small book about Paul and the dream analogy.
  5. @tedens realize that we are all one dream? I had some interesting experience with 5meo which I can interpret as "we are all one dream". But I don't know... this is just one interpretation.
  6. @Serotoninluv liked the analogy. Oh, I am going to a vipassana retreat in one week, but my name is not Paul. Thank you All for contribution. We are all One... dream
  7. I try to be more specific. I've read the "letting go" book. There wasn't any specific technique, so I used the Sedona method which questions a feeling and trying to let it go. Now I am wondering whether this is the suboptimal approach. Maybe, the better approach would be to put the awareness on feeling and stay with it as much as possible, without trying to resist feeling. Am I getting the "letting go" technique right?
  8. 20ug on Friday − that was a wonderful day. With 10ug I still could do something − like cook steaks, with 20ug − that was a day of enjoying nature, writing mini-poems, relaxing. I think I am going to stick to 20ug once per few weeks. I was able to get the insight about my relationship.
  9. That was an interesting experience. I had better focus, felt overall more happy (a similar experience to armodafinil) for the first 4-5 hours. Then I was walking in the forest with my friend and there was a moment like I am almost lost myself (similar experience when I smoked a lot of weed), the feeling of time was a bit lost. It was a bit scary, but I tried to surrender as much as possible. Overall I was more relaxed and felt more love to people for 8-9 hours. That's the non-sense which I wrote after the first hour of taking microdose: I am okay with everything We are in a dream. Humanity tests the boundaries (laws) of this dream. If someone asks long enough to change a law, the law may be changed if it's interesting enough to be experienced. Even better when more actors in the dream asks for the law. Let me give an example. Somebody dreamed about flying cars. Then the idea of flying cars infected more people. More people dreamed about it and eventually, it was manifested into a first plain. So, before the dream of the person in this reality, there weren't any flying cars. What if people have dreams in order to influence the current dream? Since all dreams are essentially the same thing (due to one source) one experience from one dream may be transferred to another dream.
  10. "An evening dream − everything must have been an illusion; I cannot explain clearly even one part of what I saw. Yet in the dream it seemed as if the truth were in front of my eyes. This morning, awake, is it not the same dream?" − Ryoken
  11. The Sedona method suggests a few questions to let feeling go: may I allow the feeling to be? could I let it go? would I let it go? when? Is it resistance or letting go?
  12. Finished reading the book today. I could see immediate results after doing more appreciation of the people around me. Some time ago I started to read a book about the Sedona method, read 1/3 of the book and switched to this book. I feel it was useful to know the Sedona method before reading the book. I could immediately apply the method in places where David R. suggested to let something go. I liked the book.
  13. @28 cm unbuffed hey I was doing every day "doing nothing" meditation for six weeks or so before the retreat. I think I started from 20 minutes and after a month or so I found my favorite spot on 45 minutes for one session. Good luck.
  14. @Mezanti thank you for making me laugh
  15. @Viking what was the toughest day for you? So, I can relax after that day.
  16. Thank you, this is useful to me. About 'no talking'.. there is talk with teacher in case of questions, right? So, strictly speaking, there is low chance to be silent for 10 days.
  17. Hah. I was doing Talabya Kriya with a mirror. And somehow after 10 reps or so I realized how making suction. Thanks to my Higher Guru. ?❤️
  18. I am excited to try something new. I had a fear before, but after 2-days solo micro-retreat the fear is gone. Yeah, to bring chair would be a tough task. But I am wondering whether they usually have some additional goodies for meditation so I can comfortably meditate.
  19. Thank you for the thread, I am going to my first retreat in 2 weeks. Somebody in the different thread suggested to watch "What is Actuality?" video before the retreat. I received the email from the retreat: > Please do not forget to bring cushions for mediation, house shoes and bedding with you. I usually meditate on my sleep pillow and/or chair, so I am going to take my pillow with me. Should I buy a specific cushion for meditation and bring with me?
