  1. I just was listening an audiobook and someone said: so you understand this and that, so you can behave such and such in that situation. And then I realized that I don't know what understanding is. Probably, in the audiobook context - understanding = behavior change. Anyhow, there is no meaning in anything, so why not? I don't see why you think your question is better.
  2. Sounds great. Few thoughts came to mind: Understanding = Love It's not possible to understand Understanding
  3. That all makes sense to me. Thanks for sharing. I am interested in intuitive form of understanding. Probably, it just is.
  4. Hm, thanks, need to re-watch then.
  5. Interesting, thanks. Leo has "What is Love" episode. Where is the episode on what is understanding?
  6. Thank you. I resonate with your answer, but what is knowing? If it's the same thing as understanding you described understanding in terms of understanding.
  7. Elisabeth, thank you. I think the most benefits from 5-meo may come when someone does it rectally, so it's easier to have a trip with open eyes. But, I think, this is a super challenging experience since you have to let go, so ego dies during a trip. I did smoking the big dose of 5-meo, so the process of letting go was simple. I just didn't have a choice if I may say like that. I've got an interesting experience. That experience shattered my materialistic paradigm and opened my mind, but still, if I could connect the experience to the environment around me, the benefits would be bigger, I think. So, what I recommend based on my limited experience (1-time 5-meo smoking and 2 times lsd full dose). If you don't have experience with psychedelics − start from lsd (from small dose?). That's also a powerful tool but you can easily connect the experience to the environment. Just my recommendation, listen your heart, I wish you the best.
  8. The problem with vaporizing is that: you can't keep your eyes opened, so you won't connect the experience to environment, which is beneficial, I guess.
  9. Today I am reading https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/17729934-jed-mckenna-s-theory-of-everything Looks like a good addition to the thread.
  10. @Charlotte I do not know. LSD is a great tool and I would like to do a full dose once per year or two. The same as Vipassana retreat − once per year or two.
  11. @Charlotte that was challenging and amazing, amazing and challenging. Music and berries are really special on LSD. It was quite beneficial to me, I think. I had an internal dialog about my life and it was nice to see the reality from another angle. I think I became more open-minded.
  12. Usually, when I write some message a thread stops. Does the thread exist?
  13. I barely remember, but still remember, what helped me to realize Love is 5-Leo-DMT. Love (with capital l) is completely different from love. It's unconditional. It's source of everything. Practically, you will feel more compassion to people around you, you will be more grateful for everything in your life if you have a glimpse of Love.
  14. The deeper Leo goes the longer videos become. We all hoped that one day Leo would just stay silent, naked, just smiling during the whole video, but it's not the case. It looks like he will never shut up.
  15. I also recommend "How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci: Seven Steps to Genius Every Day" book.

  17. When I was on Vipassana retreat, I liked to gaze to my hand or tree. It was relaxing.
  18. Yes, I tried 125ug of LSD for the first time one week ago. That was the day. Thanks to my friend who supported me during a trip and provided the ideal environment for the tripping (like a clean room, good music, good food). The weather was good too. Funny, at the end of the trip I decided to buy a flight ticket and fly to a homeland.
  19. Hi, Charlotte. I was reading your post where you were writing about microdosing and, probably, going to try full dose. That post inspired me to try a full dose of LSD. I am curious if you tried it and what was your experience if you did. Pardon my English.
