  1. @Arik , Yes, we are trying so badly to complicate things where they are so so simple...
  2. You are taking a conceptual position - which is an imagined position, trying to make an effort to reach something which is already what you are. This is all a dream, only you do not realize it just yet "The one you are looking for is the one who is looking" - Francis of Assisi
  3. These are just words passing. Something perceives them. They arise from some place. What is that one?
  4. I sit and I look at what is. For example today, when looking at that tree, it was no longer a tree, no longer had a name, a height, a form....because the concepts associated with it were gone and I was just seeing the image of it. Let my previous affirmation inside yourself. Just let it be there and leave the "how's" and all question. Just let it in: You are comfortably in your own bed, frantically trying to decipher a map that leads you back home.
  5. @Oliver , Please sit with this for a moment: You are comfortably in your own bed, frantically trying to decipher a map that leads you back home
  6. @Meow , Who is that I you are talking about? Inquire that one... not what passes in front or behind or over it..
  7. Today I went outside and looked at a tree for two hours... such a beautiful meditation !
  8. 4th day I was on the beach today. How do I begin? It was quite hot. But covering this hotness, there was a cold wind. This struck me... It is how I feel in meditation. There are layers of passing thoughts that can fool us into believing it is cold... when in fact, warmness is there. Looked at a tree for 2 hours. Have you ever smelled a tree in winter? I saw it's glory, the life in it, the life living on it, the stillness and the fluidity. 3D images become either 2D either very enhanced almost holographic.. I am still not hungry. Today I have lost my income stream. For a moment I got scared and insecure.. just for a moment. I already know I'm being tested. Been there already many times. It also comes quite naturally to me now not to jump and look around&outside for solutions. INSIDE I go. There is so much peace and acceptance there. Such a deep calm silence! I love you God ! Thank you ! I love you !
  9. @raghav Start by doing the meditation. Ever before you go out of bed in the morning. I personally call it: Cup of tea with God
  10. Why crappy @jjer94 ? It's quite a good one... never thought of it before but I might quote you in the future if I may I personally was using - how do you know you're in love... quite girlie lol
  11. What you feel/read/understand about others, says something about yourself, not about those people. There's no such thing as people reading from this perspective. The Truth, is that we are all perfect, holy and complete at any time If you refer to "mind reading" - that is just a skill that one can acquire or be gifted by grace
  12. So where is it that you feel lost?
  13. @optimist , Just know that it is a lot easier to begin with an empty slate than a full one. What you see as expert advice here, are just personal opinions - regards them as just that. The less opinions you have, the closer you are to the Truth, and everyone is striving to realize that. Read what makes sense, dance with it. What is it that you are after at this point? What are you trying to achieve? Let it all out here, and take everybody's answers with a grain of salt
  14. @Sigma , I don't "philosophize" about these things any longer. I am just trying to convey my own experience with words that don't do it any justice. In fact, there is nothing to say about anything any longer, but if one does try to speak/write about it (in order to guide others), as you can see, it becomes questionable, people begin to validate it or not, to make of it something that it is not... or simply to dismiss it through opinions and quotes that are, again, just words passing. So my invitation to you is to leave the "how's" all together. When it will happen, it will be an instant so glorious, that all your current world will be shattered forever. It will be a question of homeostasis, yes, if you can let go right there and then, or if you need to struggle for X years.
  15. What is TRUE is always there, there is no need of time. Enlightenment takes no time. What does take time is to establish yourself in that TRUTH, by ripping off all the veils that were keeping you from seeing it. When there's no more searching for solutions on the outer realm, you are free.
  16. 3rd day of water fasting.. Difficult day. Monitoring the forum seems overwhelming. Like bathing in an ocean of pain and despair. The good thing is there are many many little "boats" with the "lights on" that make the whole thing absolutely glorious!! There have been many triggers today for me, none of which stuck mercifully. I'm good. I can feel my body working to regenerate...which is funny!! Tingling sensations, little pression here and there, and NO HUNGER! Some lack of focus is there also... This places me in a deep state of wonder. The residues of "I am the body" dissolve...giving place to a spaciousness that I've never felt before. But as I dissolve, there is one point, where a contraction is felt. I could call this a fear that blocks complete dissolution. This will be my work for the day 4.
  17. Sarah, Please look into these BELIEFS: does not growing together necessarily mean you are growing apart? who is that YOU that feels you are not on the same path? - as an idea, we are all on the same path, either we acknowledge that or not. one is just further down the road than the other. trying to guess the future based on where you are now is never a good idea...many things can change. live in the now. Last thing that comes to mind is that continuing to focus on this matter, will only bring it into existence at one point, and it will not be his doing, but your projection
  18. @JSeuss , Please refer to the guidelines of this sub-forum: Thank you
  19. Look it up ... I didn't either until I became anemic lol
  20. Any kind of tea (which contains theine) should be drunk in moderation - a bit like coffee. (Green tea in large quantities with deplete you of Iron ) *no more than 1-2 cups per day
  21. That is the only thing you can do. Search this forum, there is already a lot of advice on how to go about it, and I'm sure you will personally receive even more
  22. Enlightenment is a concept. A label. A word.
  23. @Irina Irina , The "neediness" you are talking about is called co-dependency. The other answers already pointed to your childhood, which is indeed the place to start. Just keep in mind that Ego has a nasty way of keeping the problems alive, by holding you in the belief that there's a lot to dig and to heal. The best way to discover what your inner trauma is, is through relationships. The good thing is that it is right under your nose so that you can see what exactly is hurting you, the bad thing is that until they are not dealt with, they will keep coming back in different forms (persons). Look-up "co-dependancy" on youtube.
  24. Please see if you resonate with this video: Also, look into your diet.
