  1. MY reaction? ... or in general?
  2. Is it bad? I don't know. What do YOU think about it? How does this affect your life? Do you have time to eat? To sleep? To type? Here is your own advice in another post:
  3. I think that each of those circumstances would have the "force" to wake one up instantly And to answer your question - there's no "caring about" enlightenment. When you are in the fire of it, nobody can save you. No matter what you do and how (the heck) you try to escape it, it burns your whole being! There's no going away from it because you ARE it and you feel THAT from the air you breathe, to the cells of your body... Here...
  4. Here's a cue for ya: When you think you WANT something but reality shows you that exactly that thing comes with too much of a burden OR When you HATE something that reality points you towards as being the sensible thing to do.. There is only one choice: STOP and GO INSIDE! Your aim is not to be happy for now. It is to know who is the One who wants that! WHO ARE YOU Leon? Answer THAT one FIRST !
  5. @Leon I'm not sure the visualizations and "positive attitude" is the right way to go about this Think about it like this: Let's say you have 100 wagons of (s***) repressed hidden trauma that you are trying to move about with one single locomotive... Look what's in those wagons and get rid of as much as you can before moving one step further.
  6. @Leon In my life, I've been at the point that you're describing more times that I care to remember. What I've realized in the end, is that happiness cannot be found externally. I'll just give you two of my own examples: Had a well paid job, good friends, everything a person could want (from external point of view). I was so depressive though, couldn't leave my bedroom for 8 months Left everything behind and moved to a place one could associate with biblical paradise - very difficult life there too... My point is, no matter what outer circumstances you manage to build together, if YOU are not happy with who you are inside, everything in your reality will slowly but surely start to match your internal "vibration". So, ground yourself. Take some time to get perfectly OK with where you are right now. Only from that state you can make a valid decision
  7. @Natalya, the only reason these issues reappear, is because deep inside they are not yet solved. Maybe intellectually, you have managed to "class the files" somehow, but energetically, they still get projected into your existence. Look into EMDR and/or TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) What also comes energetically to me through your post, is the lack of "complete grief" - meaning that maybe you did everything you could to solve the issue, but haven't allowed yourself to feel the hopelessness and the helplessness of your situation You're on the right track
  8. @Abhijeeth I think what you mean by your request, is that you appreciate @Leo Gura and you wish to acknowledge that. The other answers point you in the right direction: use his videos. Buy a little notebook or use the sub-forum here to take notes of whatever resonates with you. Use the good energy of the other people present here to keep you motivated.
  9. @Uncover I will answer you with an analogy that helped me: Try to imagine that you are going to the theater. While people take their places, there's all kinds of noises, voices.. as the start approaches, noise is weaker and weaker. Lights go of, and there's a deep silence. You can only hear breathing sound. Take note of these silence, as it is from it, within it that the performance will take place. It can only arise from silence. Silence is the moist earth in which everything is planted. It has not disappeared as it is the "mother" from which everything sprouts. Be aware of this silence, and let everything that arises in it come and go. Position is less important - you'll come to chose one that suits you best. What is important is CONSISTENCY and not falling asleep
  10. This pattern is mirroring your 'co-dependency" issues. You attract people that will abandon you as a clear(er) sign that you need to deal with this. How to: Bring to mind one of these situations to a point where you can feel the fear, anger, upset, hopelessness and helplessness of that situation. Feel that fully. Let your body experience the sensations. Breathe in and out without pause (we have a tendency to interrupt your breathing when we are suffering and pain gets "installed" into the memory of our cells). In fact, it is that memory that is surfacing into your reality so that it can get up and out.
  11. I'd very much like to see a video to explain what the illusion of Time does to us. keeping us spinning the Ego wheel separation between one another / God pursuing of Enlightenment in time vs obtaining it in "no time" perception of time in different moments of day/life/psychological states (times seems to go slower or faster) the present moment and what it REALLY means Thanks
  12. @electroBeam , An inherent part of authenticity is the acceptance of the end result. So if your authentic self is you will also have to assume the consequences/results of being like that. But what I suspect, is that you are not at all what you fear you are, but these are just issues you need to look into. In other words, that is not your authentic self, so no point in trying to start from there. Another thing that comes to mind: authenticity does not hurt. So try to tune into any of those attributes you mentioned, and see if they feel like hurt. That's your signal that you need to work with them
  13. The only thing that I can "recommend", is to listen to Grace's whisper. The only thing is that Grace has a very delicate whisper, so you need to first get rid of the chatter in your head so that you are actually able to hear Grace.
  14. 7th day I love you God. Thank you. I love you.
  15. By understanding that this anger only hurts YOURSELF
  16. Do you admire any artist? Mine is Marina Abramović...
  17. Yes, you can do it with both cold, hot, hunger, thirst... but as anything else, it comes easier with practice.
  18. THAT is the question, isn't it? That's actually the whole enlightenment process right there... Meditation takes care of the thoughts being associated in any way with you Self-inquiry takes care of association with body * for body pains and aches, really get into your mind that the pain is not hurting YOUR Body, but A Body (not yours). This helped me a lot
  19. Don't hold yourself to the 10.000 hours. If Truth is Universal, it must be there both NOW and in 10.000.000.000 hours That is yet another limiting belief that can trick you into yet more doing
  20. Biggest limiting beliefs: there's a YOU You are the body you are your thoughts If you got those tackled, the rest will fall off..
  21. Tips for submitting suggestions: Clearly define the topic. Describe what exactly you want to know. Be very specific. Come up with a catchy title. Catchy titles sell!
