  2. Do enlightened people still enjoy hobbies and activities like playing soccer or watching at movie and things like that. And do enlightened people still fallow a passion or is that ego?

  8. I'm not a major gamer or anything. But I do play 30 min-1h of video games everyday. Also I do get everything I need to in my life done, and am on a good track. Is it still bad, or do I need to cut video games completely out?
  9. I wake up at 5:30 every morning since school. I felt horrible and tired all the time for a long time. But i kept waking up at the same time even on days off. Now my body is programed to wake up at that time,dont even need a alarm clock. And i feel great because my sleep schedule is consistent. Cant even sleep in till 6 because my bodys ready to go. Its touture for a while, but edventually you will feel great in the morning if you keep wakeing up at the same time every day no matter what. Plus your heathy morning routine of course.

  11. I recently went to a festival alone. I just had the mindset to be interested in the people there. ( it was a art festival.) i asked a lot of questions, and people are always willing to talk about themselves. I think that's the best way to get the most of the festival,have interest in everyone there. And it was a great time
  12. Lately I have been implementing new things in my life about 1 month at a time. For example i wake up at 5:30 and run. And I do that consistently for 30 days. Then I add a new thing like meditating. So now I meditate and run together for 30 days. Then if I do that consistently for a month I add another. It's been working for me so far but I just wanted to know if that's a bad strategy in the long run, or if I should be faster with implementing new things?
