what are benefits of enlightenment? And what should inspire me to pursue it?

I'm not a major gamer or anything. But I do play 30 min-1h of video games everyday. Also I do get everything I need to in my life done, and am on a good track. Is it still bad, or do I need to cut video games completely out?

I wake up at 5:30 every morning since school. I felt horrible and tired all the time for a long time. But i kept waking up at the same time even on days off. Now my body is programed to wake up at that time,dont even need a alarm clock. And i feel great because my sleep schedule is consistent. Cant even sleep in till 6 because my bodys ready to go. Its touture for a while, but edventually you will feel great in the morning if you keep wakeing up at the same time every day no matter what. Plus your heathy morning routine of course.

I recently went to a festival alone. I just had the mindset to be interested in the people there. ( it was a art festival.) i asked a lot of questions, and people are always willing to talk about themselves. I think that's the best way to get the most of the festival,have interest in everyone there. And it was a great time

Lately I have been implementing new things in my life about 1 month at a time. For example i wake up at 5:30 and run. And I do that consistently for 30 days. Then I add a new thing like meditating. So now I meditate and run together for 30 days. Then if I do that consistently for a month I add another. It's been working for me so far but I just wanted to know if that's a bad strategy in the long run, or if I should be faster with implementing new things?
