I guess you can’t do speaking tours rn but maybe in the future? Would be interesting to hear live
-
@innerchild Yes! I have the same issues with letting my parents coddle me. Although I’ve been luckier than you for the fact that they don’t give me free money. What you’re describing, tone-of-voice manipulation, also had me by the balls. Until it clicked that they were just doing the only thing they knew how to do to raise their children. @leo gura I would finish university in under 4 years but it’s a matter of working full-time for a couple years to be able to afford it. Maybe my efforts are better spent elsewhere

24, living at home, no college, working at Lowe's. Fantastic childhood, everything I could ask for. Dropped out of college 5 years ago because I'm a lazy stubborn boy. Letting my parents baby me through adulthood has robbed me of so much. I'm wrestling with whether I should A: live at home until I'm 30 and finish university, or B: move out and work like hell to survive. The worst part is everyone said this would happen

Oh shit... I like that

Encountering massive resistance to growing yourself and using your mind is not fun

I’ve had some of the exact same concerns but didn’t feel it was right to bring them up. I just get the sense that only he can understand what’s going on with him. What scared me the most was when he was talking about leaving life and letting the universe be destroyed. I can’t begin to imagine what that’s like

Finally my chance to be a narcissist has come

I'm familiarizing myself with a few of the native plant species in my area (Eastern Missouri). I also planted a few pepper and tomato plants and am finding great joy in helping them grow. It's different than just the standard gardening process of like following a 5-step to do list. I call it conscious gardening where you get a sense for how the plants navigate their environment and "feel" their surroundings. Way better than just gardening for efficiency and high yield.

I love it this is awesome. This is what "Fair and Balanced" means not Fox News' propaganda. -
Does anyone have any good reads or documentaries about govt and society in places like Denmark, Sweden, Canada, etc.? I'm trying to understand what all the hype is about. All the documentaries I can find are so dumb. They only talk about shallow stuff like culture differences. Thanks in advance

Part 4 of Leo's Conscious Politics. I agree with almost every point he brings up. -
Oh my god Awaken with JP is perfect to describe spiritual ego haha

I don't want to be enlightened, not yet. I follow Leo's content because his style suits me and it has helped me break free of a LOT of neuroses. I might be mildly hardwired for spirituality but really I just want to date hot girls and get involved with stage Green business.

Ok I’m not ready to start a business then What I really wanted to say is that I think this will be the end of America being the #1 world power. I don’t see the economy being back to normal ever again.

I did it... but only for a second. I like being in my room alone.
