  1. i drop my intention i start breath fast as hell i am shaking crazy thought came in ( fighting with my neighborhood, etc etc) my leg go straight and start shaking even more am i meditate right ? yes i am doing the nothing technique and sit on a chair

  3. So. Self inquiry is simply sitting and watching your inner self. You constantly aware of anything in you . There is no "i" and only thoughts that arise. Just aware of anything that happening right now. Am i right ?
  4. I were shaking and breathing heavily. Just a little more heavy than normal breathing. Its like when you stop breathing and than you start breath again and you need more air to breath to bring your self back to normal breath again. The shaking was like a dog that scare of bolt lightning. When i let go of control, i was on top of mount Everest. Shaking like you just taking a cold shower.
  5. in all leo's videos about meditation he describe meditation look calm and still but when i meditate it go the opposite of what he said do you shake when meditate ?

  9. I think you misundertand my question I am asking about changing the behaviirs throughout the day. Not when we are meditating
