4# Readings Chris M. Bache on Divine Love, Creation and Suffering I really like this passage in Bache's book "LSD and the Mind of the Universe": “Suddenly, I was overwhelmed by the most extraordinary LOVE, a Love unlike anything I had ever encountered before. It was as if a dam had burst and love was coming at me from every direction, so much Love that I could barely take it in even in my expanded state. It was a romantic Love, cosmic in scope and intensity. As I stabilized under this amorous assault, I began to remember a romance from deep within my history. An ancient Love, a divine love of unbelievable proportions. I was a Cosmic Being being loved by another Cosmic Being. Though at one level I had never been separated from my lover, at another level we had been separated for billions of years, and my return was rekindling our ancient love. Creation seemed to be a reality that had come forth from a dynamic relation between two Cosmic Beings who had themselves emerged from a Primal Unity. […] The magnitude of the Love that lies at the found of the creation of our universe is beyond description. To awaken to this Love was to remember a primordial decision that I had somehow participated in it. […] Remembering choices made before matter and time even existed, I reconnected with the Divine Love that had inspired these choices. This experience shattered my heart, and I wept deeply. […] It was all part of a cosmic plan that had been entered into freely by all participants, however unconscious of this fact we have come along the way. The nobility of great suffering shouldered voluntarily in the name of Divine Love, suffering that would stretch across millions of years, suffering that would become so utterly inscrutable that it would be used as evidence that the universe was devoid of compassion, this was the nobility of humanity’s gift to the Creator. All of the suffering that humanity had endured and would endure, especially the suffering of forgetfulness itself, was part of a consciously chosen creative process, a process that had not yet come to fruition.” (129f.)

1# The Beginning Hi there, this journal is about my journey from the diagnose of my genetic disease FSHD to permanent liberation. I write this journal to share my experiences with everyone, who is interested in reading them. Maybe they are inspiring or helpful to you. Or maybe you have insights, that could help me on my path. Don’t hesitate, just post them. I am very grateful for all your hints and ideas. ? My story (short interlude) During early summer 2018 my emotional state was rather bad. Since Summer 2017 I noticed a loss of muscles in my right triceps. I was hitting the gym like before, but couldn’t really build up. After seeing numerous doctors they told me that I probably have a very rare inheritable genetic disease called FSHD, which causes muscle dystrophy mainly in the upper body – until now western medicine has no cure for this disease. I had to do several quite expensive genetic tests, which at first were all negative. Nobody had an idea, what was going on. So far there were and are no cases of FSHD in my family. (I finally got a genetic confirmation in June 2019. However, I’m not sure, if this is really what I have – more on this in upcoming posts ?) Meanwhile Leo’s first video about enlightenment popped up in my YouTube recommendations. I saw the first video and was absolutely fascinated about the topic. During the following night I watched practically all his videos on the subject and the next morning I felt already better than the last few weeks. I decided to give psychedelics a shot and consumed a dried mushroom tea (3,5 gr.) with a good friend of mine. I had a hard-hitting breakthrough, but was just to overwhelmed to remember everything I experienced. In a nutshell: I remembered what I actually am. Nevertheless, it was definitely life changing. The next day I intuitively began to meditate seriously – I meditated before, however not every day and not that serious. This is where my journey really begun. In retrospective I now see that this experience changed me from a rational atheist (I am a PHD student, who was and is interested in science) to a spiritual person. Things I changed after my first awakening Meditation everyday since 20.07.2018. Worked myself up to 70 or more minutes in a single session in the morning. I follow the TMI system from Culadasa. Thanks to @ardacigin for his posts about TMI. Around 40 minutes of yoga in the evening, mainly hatha yoga. I joined a spiritual yoga class in Munich in autumn 2018. Exercises (15-20 minutes) to raise chi from John Kreiter’s Book “The Magnum Opus”. Thanks to @Matt8800 for recommending me this book. Journaling at least ounce a week (private notes). 80%-90% of my diet is now plant based, 2/3 is raw. Thanks to @Dimi and @Michael569 for the nutrition tips. I bless my food before eating it. Swimming two times a week (around 1 mile). Receiving RASA. Right now my LOC is 780. Thanks to @LfcCharlie4 for making me curious about Ramaji, Ananda Devi and the energy transmissions. Exploring psychedelics: mushrooms, LSD, Changa, N.N-DMT, 2C-B and MDMA (once combined with nitrous). Thanks to @Leo Gura for his talks about psychedelics. Reading books about spirituality, yoga, meditation, psychedelics, magick etc.

Jep, orderd my 1P also from a reputable Research chemical store in Germany and tested it with the Ehrlich Reagent. Anyone had an experience with 1cP so far? -

Cool. I live in Munich in Germany. I could also do a 2 days retreat around here. However I would like to do a 5-10 days retreat in the amazon. I think the location and the people, who offer the retreat, have a big impact on the experience. -
I'm planning to do an ayahuasca retreat this year in november in peru or Maybe in ecuador. Arkana spiritual center seems to offer pretty good retreats: https://www.arkanainternational.com/. The YouTube channel "Adeptus Psychonautica" recommends arkana and also "Your Mate Tom": What were your experiences with aya retreats like? Where did you do it? Do you have any specific recommendations?

I've tripped 6 times on 1P. I think @The Lucid Dreamer is right, 1P is harder on the body. During every trip I had quite a few muscle tensions and after the come down my body felt rather exhausted. But it also seems - at least for me - that 1P doesn't last that long. With 100 mcg (1 tab) I get to the peak at the 3 hour mark and after 4 hours the effects waer off pretty quickly. After 6 hours I'm normally back to baseline. Does anyone of you tried 1cP? You can't buy 1P legally in Germany, where I live, anymore. What was your experience with 1cP like? -
@LfcCharlie4 Here are also some very informative videos from Chris Bache:

@LfcCharlie4 Have a look at Bache's book "LSD and the mind of the universe", where he describes his journey of 70+ high doses LSD over 20 years. You will find a lot of useful informations there about the psychedelic path. Aside from his psychedelic explorations he had to do some traditional spiritual practices to ground himself and to get along with energy the LSD awakend in his body during the trips.

@dvdas Check out Christopher M. Bache. He seems pretty enlightened to me.
-
@Waken Cool. I like the book because it's a mixture of a personal report and an academic work - however I'm a phd student, so I'm quite familiar with this style of writing. I really appreciated the chapter about reincarnation, where Bache quotes a University professor, who seems to have scientifically proven, that reincarnation is a fact. The book goes definitely deeper than the videos, but not everybody has the time to read it.

@Zigzag Idiot There is a confusion. This isn't my channel. I just quoted the Infos of the channel. But I also like it.

Christopher M. Bache seems pretty 'enlightening' to me.

Here is a quote from an article, that talks about the healing power of LSD: https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/pkeqd8/what-happens-lsd-overdose?utm_source=vicefbus&fbclid=IwAR0-rU0FOm47I1kpQPZk_nJ_FDoYWvnoFAgOOXqc0rrhvh7-N6IYBV7_CmQ. LSD and other psychedelics can be extremely useful to treat mental illnesses, chronic pain, withdrawal symptoms etc.: "But what happens when people take extreme amounts of LSD? This is the subject of a new report co-authored by Mark Haden, the executive director of MAPS Canada and an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia, which looked at extreme cases of LSD consumption, revealing some bizarre health outcomes. One of the cases covered in Haden’s study was that of a 15-year-old girl with bipolar disorder. She was one of the 20 people who accidentally OD’d on acid at the summer solstice party in Canada. She took a whopping 1,100 micrograms. For the next six hours, her behavior became erratic. She lay on the floor in the fetal position tightly clenching her arms. Her friends thought she was having a seizure and called an ambulance, although no one was sure if she was actually seizing, lost consciousness or was just lost in the overwhelming experience. The next morning, her father visited her in the hospital. She told her dad, “It’s over.” He thought she meant the acid trip. She clarified that no, her bipolar illness, which had caused daily manic episodes, seemed to be cured. A week later, her symptoms had still not returned. Doctors followed her progress for over a year, and nearly two decades later, she still hasn’t experienced episodes of depression or mania outside of postpartum depression. Looking back on the overdose, she said it felt like her brain chemistry had somehow been “reset.” Haden says he was not only amazed that her symptoms resolved, but that such a high dose could ultimately be a positive experience. In his report, published in the Journal of Studies on Alcohol and Drugs, Haden also includes the story of another individual at that infamous solstice party, a 26-year-old woman who only took half a glass (approximately 500 micrograms) of LSD. Unbeknownst to her, she was two weeks pregnant. Yet she experienced no pregnancy complications and her son, now 18 years old, is a perfectly healthy bright young student. The most remarkable case study included in the report is the 2015 story of a 46-year-old woman, who Haden calls CB, who had chronic pain caused by Lyme disease. CB snorted a line of white powder she thought was cocaine. Fifteen minutes later, she realized something was wrong and called her roommate, who told her what had happened: She had inhaled part of his stash of LSD. […] The first 12 hours were hellish. She mostly blacked out and vomited frequently, while being looked after by her roommate. For the next 12 hours after that, CB said she felt “pleasantly high,” mostly sat in a chair, “frothing at the mouth, occasionally vocalizing random words and vomiting frequently,” according to Haden’s account. When the drug finally wore off another 10 hours later, CB felt normal, and her chronic pain had completely disappeared. For seven years she had been taking morphine every day to treat symptoms of Lyme disease. After her LSD overdose, not only had her pain evaporated, she felt no withdrawal symptoms from the opioids she had been taking. CB stopped taking morphine for five days, and then her pain did return. She then reduced her dose of opioids and started microdosing LSD (taking about a quarter of a typical dose or 25 micrograms) every three days for a few years before completely stopping the morphine in January 2018, again without withdrawal symptoms. There is some evidence that psychedelics like LSD can treat pain because they are anti-inflammatory drugs, but Haden was surprised it could help with opioid withdrawal symptoms as well. “I heard somebody say that he thought LSD would be good for withdrawals, but I've never seen any evidence of it,” he said. There is almost no evidence LSD may help with bipolar disorder, let alone “cure” it. Ayelet Waldman, author of A Really Good Day, claims microdosing LSD helped manage her mood disorders. A clinical trial in Switzerland is currently recruiting people to look at LSD to treat manic depression. Otherwise, there’s not much there."

Adeptus Psychonautica (YT Channel) https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTBZHxp9PrUjD1BnbDBZLoQ "Reviews, commentary, and observations on all things relating to the psychedelic community. I’ve been an active member of the psychedelic community for several years, taking part in various retreats across Europe and Peru. I created this channel as a way to document my adventures, and as a way to comment on conversations that arise within the global psychedelic community. I’ll be putting out Retreat Reviews roughly once a month - until I run out of places that I have been to. I will also be doing a series which is more of a commentary on topics I see raised on reddit or other forums. Finally I will do some miscellaneous stuff like trip reports, or interviews with key figures in the community. I would love to collaborate with any other Youtubers who are interested in these topics. If anyone has a project in mind then feel free to reach out."

@Anna1 @Serotoninluv Agreed. The title is too much of an eye-catcher - I changed it. However the cases reported in the article show the potential of psychedelics to help people with different diseases.

@Tony 845 no, rather some form of restlessness. -
The last couple of months I didn’t sleep well. Normally I’m not really tired in the evening. Sometimes I have problems falling asleep and I often wake up a few times during the night. I also wake up early in the morning and don’t feel rested from time to time. A psychic told me, that this could be a current consequence of my spiritual practices (TMI meditation, Yoga, Chi raising Breathwork between 2h and 3h every day). Have you encountered similar problems? What were your solutions?
