  1. @Davino i misread your question i thought you were asking whether or not he could pardon himself - yes there's a really good chance he could get elected again...all of this is so unprecedented its really interesting that we are even having this conversation about a president pardoning himself heheh. Only in America.
  2. Actually I'm not sure - I think he can but he could face impeachment so it's not something he would want to do...but I'm sure if he got into office he would try to weasel out of it....either through a rigged judge (his favorite) and an appeal or a pardon attempt.
  3. I wouldn't say that yet. If he gets elected he can just pardon himself. There's still a good chance he could become president. He won't be able to vote for himself though 😕
  4. The paradoxical thing about this is that should one reach God realization they would realize that even the humans they were imagining awoken them or who were God realized were projections of their own mind no different than an AI teacher would be. They were all dreamed up by the mind of God and are identical in the Absolute sense.
  5. I like both Leo's and @Razard86 ideas on morality. Indeed they are very close. I think all you can do is reduce..and as you said relativity is part of the equation. It really makes it a matter of context. Killing can be viewed as moral and also immoral depending on context. It may be viewed as immoral to let a suffering horse live rather than to put it out of its misery. There are other examples where killing could be viewed as moral or immoral. As to the point of Truth and Consciousness I think this comes from within whether you can feel that your actions are more aligned with Truth or Consciousness or not. At the same time if you sometimes behave immoral you shouldn't beat yourself up. It's very difficult to be even partially selfless. By the same token one shouldn't give up on reducing it either. For example I find myself swatting flies that are "bugging" me..no pun intended. Am I going to beat myself up for this? Probably not. But when it comes to humans we change the rules. It really shouldn't be like that but we also have to keep in mind that survival dictates some level of selfishness too. Not to say I shouldn't let the fly buzz around me all day causing me great discomfort 😀 As for hunting down bad guys I think one could also perhaps pick their battles. Essentially what we did do is hunt him down (that was the war) but in doing so we saved civilization from fascist rule and preserved other race's survival which I think was fhe moral thing to do in that scenario. @Water by the River i hope your peace pipes are free
  6. @r0ckyreed time is just a dimension like length and width and height. It is the 4th dimension..And it exists in space. All of this imaginary. Physics is imaginary.
  7. So wait..the attack that started the war was spontaneous? That must have been a real lucky spontaneous attack. Not even sure how an attack can be spontaneous at all....and evil- that's a big word to throw around. Do we not call both evil then? Since innocents were killed on both sides and all....can one be more evil than another?
  8. From Wikipedia: "The war began when Hamas-led militant groups launched a surprise attack on Israel on 7 October, involving a barrage of several thousand rockets concurrent to an estimated 3,000 militants breaching the Gaza–Israel barrier and attacking Israeli civilian communities and military bases." Babies could have been there too.
  9. That's much different than a soldier beheading a baby. A blast has no bias. It will kill anything within range. If it was a miscalculation of where hamas military leaders were stationed then it wasn't intentional. Intent is what is in question.
  10. @Breakingthewall one cannot argue with Infinity.
  11. Belief has nothing to do with it.
  12. You already died. No need to ask. You will simply become new form with no memory of the old. Trust me - you don't want the memories.
  13. No you still are deeply indoctrined with ego and suffering being related due to all your spiritual teachings. You believe due to your teachings that anything with ego must suffer. This is true but not because of why you think it is. The more intelligent you are the more you have a chance to fall into mental suffering. And all suffering is mental. It doesn't mean a lesser being doesn't have ego just because a lesser being doesn't suffer. They're just too dumb to know the difference. What you don't know can't hurt you. Ever heard the phrase? It rings true.
  14. Black is form - it should just be infinite love.
  15. You will persist as Consciousness. That is what you are. Consciousness does not cease only finite form will cease. And memory of that form.
  16. Lol. We can shift to butterflies if it pleases you 😀
  17. Right- there are different forms. I think any form has some form of ego - but some egos are more intelligent than others. Yet all forms are egos- they are one in the same. Because every form must have some sort of will in order to continue to survive as that form. Finite will is ego.
  18. "His nature" would imply an ego. Be careful with language. But an any form with any inteligence has some form of ego - it just may be extremely primitive.
  19. It's better to imagine it and not experience it. It's just as juicy.
  20. No, resistance to the pain. All suffering is healthy - but not necessary.
  21. Pain is not suffering it is pain. That's why it's called pain and not suffering. If you choose to suffer from pain then that's your choice. So I agree.
  22. Agreed. .but the ego is the distortion between what should be and what is (you had it backwards) meaning the ego thinks things should be a certain way. When it should realize that everything just is. But I get your point 👉 But more importantly what I wanted to add to a great post is that the difference between a human snd a crocodile is not evolution it is intelligence. When you are as intelligent as a human and finite- there are going be costs. It will take a deeper ego to understand things and to become enlightened..to have wisdom and to awaken. But the cost is the risk of falling prey to greed. Due to the finite nature of the human it runs the risk of being overcome by greed and pleasure - paradoxically it is not very intelligent for the most intelligent of beings to get lost in this trap. But it is a trap. And this trap will result in suffering. Yet ironically suffering ultimately leads to growth. Sometimes even to enlightenment. So all things come full circle. And you are ultimately right- one must learn to bask in suffering - for then it no longer is suffering at all.
  23. Have you ever gotten emotional and carried away when you think something you love or loved is being threatened? Emotion takes over and rationality gets left by the wayside at least for a moment. This is what I think happened with this war. Israel has overreacted and in doing so has destroyed a lot of innocent people. I get that. But now is the time for them to take a big step back. I know non-zionists will say that time has long passed...but it is what it is. For the record beheading babies - come on...Israel may be a lot of things but If this turned out true then I will be truly heartbroken. War can change a person- but you can't become a monster - it can only be revealed that you always were a monster. And I refuse to believe that.
  24. Netanyahu has acknowledged it was not Israel's intention to kill innocent civilians. This particular attack was indeed a tragic miscalculation I admit that Israel has gone too far here - I think they will start reeling it in now finally and curbing the collateral damage.
