That is only part of this dream you fabricated.. do you not understand that this is a dream - an illusion of an infinite Mind spinning webs. It can spin absolutely anything. You are a fool to think otherwise. -

He was enlightened. The problem he has what we all want to have. We want to enlighten the world. But it just doesn't work that way. He couldn't figure that out. He couldn't figure out how to be here. And that's fine. -

@James123 ultimately what are you doing here. What are you doing? You are understanding things. Your statement of there being no self for example, it requires understanding. You can say that is nothing but that is a very beautiful thing. Without understanding you cannot have existence. -

That is very empty to me. I guess thats the whole problem i have with neo-advaita. Its just so empty. Take Newman.n there is no one going through the motions of having "his" breakfast in the morning. There is just breakfast. Well yeah that's what actually is happening. Nothing. But let me ask you this. Why would God have gone though all the trouble to create this illusion. -

Then what happened. He wasn't abiding in shit because all his life ended up as in a giant state chase. -

If you agree that there are states of consciousness. That reality is simply made of states of consciousness. And you are in a particular state now..then just changing your state does nothing because when you are back to the state that you were unhappy in you just want to chase states what you are putting forth is basically saying look there is no one having these states so thus it is pointless to attach to a state. But that's what the ego does. Yet you are saying this from a particular state of consciousness. So you cannot- you cannot avoid your current state of consciousness. Because there is nothing but consciousness. -

So then unstable egos should never be taking drugs. I don't mean a glimpse i mean full enlightenment. Do you expect that to happen via psychedelics. No. I was 48. -

But there was something genuine in the awakenings. Surely you could see that. -

I can only conclude that he was not fully enlightened. He was deceived. And Leo has been right about everything. As usual. Otherwise he would be here today, talking to us. Its just so crazy and I guess @Leo Gura that's the bipolar part because he seemed so awake at times -

Awakening should have fixed everything and cured everything and yet it didn't. Why is that. Omniscience happened did it not? -

@Joseph Maynor in other words awakening to Truth should have fixed everything. Everything. It is omniscience. So why did it not. -

I don't see where that is relevant. I see your point that if psychedelics awaken you then you are truly ready and it was God's intention. But then why do we have all these lost souls. -

The dream should be cherished. So if we are a cult for being idealists than so be it. Shame on community. Galileo was in a cult too. That you think there even is a leader or a leader of a cult might just be your own interpretation of reality. -

I've known Zero since 2018. He should not be this confused. He had genuine awakenings. -

Haha. You know better bro. Unless you are another lost soul who wasn't ready to take drugs to awaken, got a fucking glimpse and then went mad. -

I know you didn't but I'm glad you know my history. However like I said I'm not debating whether or not they can awaken you. I'm debating whether a more traditional path such as meditation might allow someone to awaken at the right time in their life when they are mature enough and grounded enough to be able to handle the deep truths that are revealed with awakening and thus integrate them. That's the problem I guess I have with taking drugs to enlighten you. You have to be heavily screened. No one needs to screen someone who meditates. -

Bro he was a mess. He had so much potential but in the end he just didn't feel good enough. That's my diagnosis but I'm not a doctor what do you guys think? -
Inliytened1 replied to Brandon L's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
But you don't have to do them to know when you take them you want to get to a state fast. I'm not debating their authenticity. But I don't view meditation as a shortcut. With psychedelics it could be. Meditation isnt going to happen until you are ready..imo that's where they differ. -

Thinking you can manifest a state quickly and easily. -

Bro this guy was injecting Gold. He was doing everything under the sun. @rockyreed was right in that the Truth killed him but this only enforces the negative aspects of psychedelics. He wanted to reach the God state again. A normal person like you and me can wait for it. He couldn't. And this was because he felt like he was not adequate enough. -
Inliytened1 replied to Brandon L's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I dont think it was the Truth that killed him i think he was never comfortable in his own skin. -

Damn man I'm glad you are doing good now. -

What's saddest to me is that he had some legit awakenings and then wanted to share this with others and awaken his family and friends, but was only shot down and met with rejection. That he was crazy. I think the rejection he felt as a child just never left him. But thats the reality about the deepest awakenings and enlightenmenton in general in today's world. You have to really keep it to yourself when it comes to the general public, family, and friends. But he did have some legitimate mental illnesss that was probably never treated correctly as well. Otherwise he would have been able to handle it and properly integrate. Sad all the way around because he was such an intelligent, thoughtful and emotionally sensitive guy.
