@Preetom does Adyashanti really talk about the ego being enlightened? I read one of his books but i didn't remember noticing that and it was a while ago.

@Preetom You are conflating pure/infinite consciousness with finite consciousness. Remember when an ego is reborn it has more consciousness than before. It died. God revealed itself to itself. The ego is reborn and that consciousness is passed to the ego. The ego is still God, it's all one. But now as the ego you transcend that and become both..that's that non-dual awareness. But it takes multiple awakenings - the biggest and final being total solipsism. It's tricky.

@Preetom no he is saying that its not like one day you aren't eniightened and the next day you are. In binary terms non enlightened is the 0 and enlightenment is the 1. It's not like that. Or cat vs dog where cat is the 0 and dog is the 1. There are degrees of cats and dogs. It's the cumulation of consciousness expansion. People think that there is this concept of "boom actual enlightenment" it's not like that.

Modern physics i.e. quantum mechanics can reveal alot about God or reality because it was dreamed up by reality or God.

Again..this can't be taught not really - you have to discover the Absolute for yourself. We are like Neo in the matrix going back into the Matrix and trying to tell you its a Matrix. You're gonna think we are crazy.

@Gili Trawangan ok i see. Yes the ego can delude itself. But when you actually become conscious of Oneness the ego will be dead and you will be awakening to yourself as God. God enlightening itself. That is Absolute and not relative. The rebirth of the ego is then able to see through it's own illusion, therein transcending itself as the ego.

Don't forget you still become conscious that you are Absolute love so there is no such thing as doing evil. Evil is an illusion of the unconscious there is only love. Self acceptance is accepting you are love. But its also accepting previous things that caused guilt/shame/depression. You love and accept yourself no matter what. It doesn't mean you are going to go murder someone. Thats the illusion that you can see through.

@Gili Trawangan what do you mean by becoming a psychopath? Do you mean that once you become conscious that this is all you that it doesn't matter what you do?

It's ok to focus on the object. Just acknowledge the actuality of it and then keep your awareness on awareness itself. One day the object will no longer be the object.

@Enlightenment he may not talk about Love true. But there are different realizations or facets. He definitely gets Oneness. No question about that to me from what I've studied on him. Which by the way from my perspective i created him

@tsuki let's have a healthy discussion about this. What exactly are you saying I'm wrong about. I mean if you are saying I'm wrong then you are disputing non-duality itself. Oneness. Oneness is exactly what it implies.
