  1. @zeroISinfinity You nailed it Zero.
  2. @Nathan J when you remove the illusion of the Ego you don't get being alive..you get Being. Being is an Absolute..its used interchangeably with Consciousness, Absolute Infinity or God. All are One.
  3. @inFlow i can tell you that during my Awakening period i had at least two mystical states in which i woke up in the middle night and boom..there i was in non-duality. Its beautiful. Especially when you become conscious of a facet of the Absolute or all of its facets. Cannot be described in words.
  4. @Shin One of my all time favorites
  5. @Truth Addict you aren't grasping what I'm saying yet..but that's OK
  6. @Truth Addict He is not yet conscious of the mystical nature of reality. Its a mechanical. It does not need a mechanism. It's infinite. He is still stuck in rationalism. That's really the bottom line.
  7. @David Hammond First of all these are not Leo's ideas. That's a trap you fell into because of close mindedness and a clinging to your religious beliefs. The Absolute is the Absolute. Period. There is no Leo. Get that out of your head if you want enlightenment. You are self deceived. And that goes for anyone out there falling into the same trap right now. That will cause doubt and prevent enlightenment. Here's the bottom line Dave. Truth is Truth. Open your mind and stop creating dualities. Religion itself is a duality contrasting no religion. You still need a lot more consciousness my good man. But I'm 6 years older so you have time to catch up.
  8. @Natasha thanks for sharing your experience. Thats beautiful and congratulations.
  9. @Anna1 Thanks. From my direct experience the Absolute transcends all religions. The Absolute is the Absolute. There is only One.
  10. @Anna1 we can discuss both can we not? You seem to well educated on both no? I think David has been running around acting like he is an expert and he can't even get the word right.
  11. @Anna1 Thanks Anna. I didnt claim to be an expert in Buddhism he did. I just grabbed his word and copied and pasted but yeah Advaita was what i meant. Maybe the three of us should all have a discussion on Buddhism to get a good understanding of it because i think he needs the teachings more than me. If he's open to it.
  12. @Jed Vassallo ive talked talked about my awakening many times here..i figured people were sick of hearing about it...right now I'm mobile but when i have more time i will tell you my entire experience. In a nutshell i was meditating doing self inquiry and something happened. A mystical experience. I was immediately thrown into a non-dual state. I became Being. That's not something that can be explained in words. But Being is conscious and aware - as universal consciousness i became conscious instantly of how reality worked in its entirety. I became conscious of Absolute Love and Infinite Intelligence. I was on my knees weeping because i had just become directly conscious of Absolute Infinity as i discussed in this post. Its everything you thought God could be and infinitely more to the point where you are saying Oh my god oh my god. Its infinite over and over and over. I hit about 4 more non-dual states over the next week each more powerful than the last. It was the most amazing thing you could ever, ever "experience". Complete and utter bliss. It is not really an experience it is being God itself. Everything you believed is real becomes recontextualized before your eyes...it literally melts away..a feeling i cant describe. After the experiences which lasted about a week i lingered between states still experiencing unimaginable bliss...which slowly transitioned into suffering ego backlash. I had no sex drive..i was having trouble thinking..depression..etc. This is because i had become God and returned to the Ego. It was a transition and i remember being in between being and myself and not being able to focus. It took work to get my ego back to normal. I know David is going to say...why the hell would you wanna go and do something like that for?
  13. @Jed Vassallo Yes i did jed.
  14. @David Hammond i understand adwaita and buddhism enough to know adwaita believes in the self and buddhism believes in the no self or no soul. You believe in Adwaita which is even farther from the Absolute then buddhism. Buddhism understood that the small self was an illusion and that there was a higher truth. Drake is correct. I hate to break this to you but you spent 10 years going down the wrong path getting lost in a religion that took you down a rabbit hole. Now you are afraid to admit to yourself that we could possibly be enlightened because that would shatter your entire belief system and its terrifying you. You will do anything to convince yourself we have not experienced the Absolute because again that would send you into a terrible case of cognitive dissonance. I feel sorry for you now to be honest. You're in a really bad spot.
  15. @Preetom he's right Preetom. We aren't joking around about this. It's fucking real as shit. When you have the "experience" and that's not a good word because it's not you anymore its God consciousness, its not like your thinking this might be a hallucination..it's not like that. It's hard to put into words but you know its Truth. Like i said it will just melt you. If i was you i would use whatever tools i had available to realize your true nature.
  16. @David Hammond i haven't studied a lot on Buddhism that's true. Because Absolute Truth transcends all religions. Its a paradigm. I used to be a materialist until my enlightenment. During which all that i thought was true melted away before my eyes. It was utterly shocking and beautiful at the same time. Hence the Radical paradigm shift. This stuff is very radical so you have to keep an open mind.
  17. @David Hammond my real name is actually Dave too.
  18. @David Hammond by the way you are revealing to me more and more that you a rationalist and a materialist. Nothing wrong with that but i just don't know why you are teaching enlightenment techniques?
  19. @David Hammond the dream at night - think about it. I am an idea...you can zoom into my hand forever. I am a small subset of universal consciousness. I can dream at night. That doesn't change that the true substance of me is nothing.
  20. @David Hammond Dave (may i call you that?) We don't ignore the formed. The content within reality. It's just that when you have become God you realize that there is nothing else in the big picture than to realize your true self. Like i said earlier I'm always learning new things. But everything else pales in comparison to becoming Infinity.
  21. Please no thread littering. Bask in Inifnity.
  22. @ivankiss of course you can. You are the formless and the form merged.
  23. @David Hammond i am the form and the formless my friend. They are One.
