@Beeman thats the great irony of Truth. It's right under everyone's noses and yet 99.9 % of the population doesn't get it yet. But that was your intuition and it was right.

@Hellspeed he means Liberation. It does exist. It is happening right now as i also stated earlier. He's Infinity or God as we speak.

To add to what i just said i actually started the do nothing meditation method to overcome an alcohol addiction ..i stumbled on Leos addiction video. I wasn't even going for enlightenment. I just gave it a shot anyway.

@SQAAD it happened to me doing self inquiry while listening to Leo's first 3 enlightenment videos. I had also been doing no mind do nothing meditation.

@SQAAD totally normal. That's why i said i don't blame any of you guys. If it didn't happen to me in my direct experience i wouldn't believe it either. I wouldn't even be on this forum right now.

@SQAAD as i stated..experience is not a good word to use because it doesn't capture the depth of this. It is afterall, finite. When it happens, and you become the formless or Being, the form is gone. The form is your egoic mind. You are infinity in all its glory. The infinite sand with no castles carved out. That is why we say apon return to the Ego you will experience ego backlash, because your ego (the formed) ceased to exist.

Thats why in the beginning of the thread i mentioned that you can only become it.

The universe is Infinite. Only your persepctive is finite. But at the same time you are still the whole universe.

if you guys wanna butcher this thread that's your right but if these other guys have questions on spirituality I'm going to give my advice and they can take it or leave it.

@Truth Addict You are entitled to free thought and your own viewpoints. That's your right just like everyone else on the forum.

@1liamo78 nothingness has no form. Even the word nothing is just a pointer. Thus in this case whatever your ideas of nothingness are is not nothingness. Be careful not to fall into a trap on what your ideas of nothingness are.

@abrakamowse that's still form of some type though.

@1liamo78 try to picture something formless. Can you do it? No because it will have to have SOME type of form to imagine it. Whatever you are imagining is it, Isn't it. Get it?

By the way you are actually being Infinity right now. Right this second you are both the form and the formless. Of course you're a part of the whole but you are still the whole. Being is just equal to formless - form.

@abrakamowse Yes you quiet the mind. The present moment absent of thought as much as possible. That will try to get you closer to formlessness...Being. One day something will happen and your form will be gone and you will only be formlessness. Being. There you will become conscious of Truth or certain facets of it. That is a non-dual state.

When you have a mystical experience that reveals or makes you conscious of Truth directly, it is Actual. There is no denying it. Yes Preetom is right that all of this is just talk it's not direct experience. But with what limited tools we have to explain Truth (our maps) we can only point to it. When you have the direct experience you will know. Don't even take my word it can be discovered for yourself.

@1liamo78 you cannot grasp Infinity with the mind. You can only become it. Because you ARE it.

@Shin from a content or formed / scienctific perspective yes we know it's a collapsed star that warps spacetime and not even light can escape. But from a metaphysical standpoint it's no different than your banana! It's just mind stuff

@traveler this is an excellent question - the answer to which i only became conscious of with my last mystical experience. Or as you call it, becoming Being. Remember Being is the formlessness of Infinity. But you are being Infinity right now as your persepctive - which is the formed - or a finitude of Infinity. Both are One in the end. When you fully awaken you are at a different level of consciousness than before you awoke. You are fully conscious all the time that everything is One. That you are God and everyone around you is you but that they are you exploring yourself from a different perspective. You still need to create dualities though, to interact with the formed, or in other words with reality. God needs dualities or form in order to explore itself. So you are able to have both perspectives at once. It is the unity of the form and the formless. It takes integration. When you first awaken it will feel like your going insane - and in my case experience some depression about the Oneness - but once you can integrate both perspectives and accept that all is One it is very liberating and wonderful. As far as fear of becoming Being, that is normal, your Ego doesn't want to let go as it want's to survive at all costs. But keep meditating and it will happen naturally when the time is right.

Have you all thought about which paradigm you subscribe to? I think a lot of the arguments that happen on the forum boil down to Materialists and/or rationalists arguing with Idealists. Some of us may not even be aware what we are until we sit down and really ponder it. If you are not sure what the difference between the two are: Materialists believe there is an objective world, and that consciousness is happening inside the brain. This objective world is made of atoms and molecules. The Idealist, such as myself, believes (in my case as a former Materialist i know from direct experience) that this is actually not what's going on here at ALL. In fact, there is no objective world. Reality is not made of matter. Reality is instead a Mind. It is Infinite and thus it is conscious and aware. The substance of which is Nothing. All the content - everything you see - is happening within the Mind. If you don't feel comfortable discussing your paradigm that's fine. But you should have one. Or at least sit down and think about how you view the world. Once you realize the Idealist paradigm is the True one, and again this is from my direct experience, then all of a sudden a lot of doors that were closed to you now open. Mysticsm becomes possible, because reality is a Mind and not dumb matter. Would love to get all of your thoughts. Also remember Leo's teachings are of the Idealist Paradigm. There are plenty of other idealists out there teaching or writing books on this stuff as most of you guys know. But really sit down and think to yourself. Have you ever thought about what paradigm you subscribe to? Or are you some hybrid of the two? Because that means maybe you need to take an inner look to see what your true viewpoints are.
