@tecladocasio doesn't that depend on perspective ? -
Inliytened1 replied to Maya_0's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Let's see..in finite form one can discover they are Infinity. One can be his Egos perspective. One can shift to God's perspecitve. One can collapse into the formless (dissolution of the ego) Is there anything left to liberation not covered here? -

@Key Elements Just curious what's your life purpose? -
Inliytened1 replied to Bobby's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Key Elements ok just to be clear im not saying how powerful 5-Meo is I'm saying how powerful Truth can be without taking anything. Not saying that for someone whose been struggling in this work for years shouldn't take 5-Meo it sounds like an amazing substance. But it's not needed for everyone. They can still have the highest realizations. -
Inliytened1 replied to Bobby's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Key Elements you ARE 5-Meo. Just like you ARE the coffee table. Yes you can have the same realizations without taking 5-Meo. One doesn't need to find a Master somewhere on You Tube or in a book to believe that. Once you awaken you understand that you are every Master out there. You don't just know it in concept, you ARE it. That's how powerful it is. -
@rnd meditate. Mediate. Meditate. You already are Being. Just have to discover it. Self inquiry, Kriya Yoga, do nothing/no mind meditation.

@SQAAD this is Descartes Mind Body Problem... He asked that very question! And the answer is..we won't withold it from you....the body and brain is inside consciousnesses consciousness is not inside the brain. Poor ole Descartes got so close. -

After a non-dual state "you" will drift between states for some time but ultimately the you as the ego will be reborn. This must happen until the space or form you occupy permanently dissolves. But rebirth means you are no longer the same. There is a much higher level of consciousness. You are consciousness itself of course, so look at it as you are now a deeper consciousness then you were before. -
Inliytened1 replied to Bobby's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Chi_ what people miss is what non-duality is. They are still thinking of non-duality from a dualistic perspective. Awakening is awakening. Whether a "substance" is consumed or not is immaterial. Awakening is the collapse of all duality. It's the collapse of form. Non-duality, or Oneness, is formless. It is pure potential. So it is not an experience of the ego..the ego is long gone. I think people think that there is a you in terms of a person or the ego that is awakening. Thats not what's happening. -

@inFlow if one asks this question one is not yet awake. -
Inliytened1 replied to WHO IS's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@WHO IS there is no good or bad to God he is just pure potential. Evil is isness playing out in form. Remember the perceiver perceiving evil collapses into Being or potential. -
Inliytened1 replied to WHO IS's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@WHO IS i thought i explained it earlier...God is indeed Infinite. So infinite that he can trick himself AND fall for his own tricks. God cannot escape himself. There is nowhere go. It is itself..pure isness. He cannot not go anywhere other than to be be himself and experience himself through a virtual escape - division through limitation. Limited form that forgot what it was. In this way he could explore every possibility. To God there are no dualities. But the unconscious do things that we in dualistic form perceive as evil. Evil itself is an illusion. This is very deep stuff and really may require mystical experiences That's why we recommend you put the meditation and self inquiry work in. -
Inliytened1 replied to WHO IS's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@WHO IS because You forgot yourself. It's that simple. And you can wake up to yourself. -
Inliytened1 replied to How to be wise's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@How to be wise I'm not familiar with Byron's work but a quick question...with your self inquiry have you become conscious that you are awareness itself yet? I mean if you are still doing self inquiry then the answer is probably not..at least not becoming actually conscious of it - though you may know conceptually - there is a big difference. And if not do you know what you currently identify yourself as? -
Inliytened1 replied to WHO IS's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@WHO IS it's all One buddy. There are the unconscious and the conscious parts. Evil only arises in the unconscious. But its all part of the same whole. When one has this realization via a mystic experience it is shocking. I was sick for a few days when i fully became conscious of Oneness because there was this sense of being alone where my whole life i had thought there were these separate entities out there. I totally understand where you are coming from. And again i am not asking you to take it on faith. I am just putting it out there. You can discover if for yourself. Or, you can choose not to and remain close minded - but you will miss out on the greatest Miracle and gift there is in life - the greatest gift you could ever have given yourself... And that is to discover that you are God. And all the words in the world can't capture what's its like to awaken to yourself. There is nothing like it. And you will never be the same. -

This is a good discussion. What i was trying to say with the animal is two fold. The animal is simply trying to survive right? But on the other hand by killing its particular prey it may actually be helping the environment in some way. Maybe not always but maybe. So good can be found where one might think there is evil. As for humans - we also as Egos are trying to survive. Everything we do is survival based. The ego is its own devil - but it doesn't know it's a devil. Example - From Hitler's perspective he was doing good! He truly believed he was doing the world good by cleansing it of Jews. Of course, we know he was deluded and if he Awoke to himself and had an enlightenment experience he would stop being a devil! So again...this good and evil and suffering and all duality all comes about when when Infinity limits itself - which it must - because if it didn't it wouldn't be Infinite. In limited form you are the ego. And the ego is a self deception machine. It is only through Awakening that one can see through its own delusion and then the world can be a better place. -
Inliytened1 replied to WHO IS's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@WHO IS again thats a duality created by the human mind. Example - do you consider an animal that kills its prey evil? After all it is taking the life of another animal? You will see when you contemplate this that it is a relative notion. -
Inliytened1 replied to WHO IS's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Whoever created this reality And just as i thought - this answers nothing. And you just admitted that you do not know. So perhaps an open mind is in order? -
Inliytened1 replied to WHO IS's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@tedens @tedens yes of course not this is very radical stuff to a materialist.. but we can also ask ourselves - if good and evil are not from the same source - and all is not One (which it is by the way and he can discover this) then what do you ground reality in? So...let me direct this question to @WHO IS What are you grounding reality in? -
Inliytened1 replied to WHO IS's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@WHO IS no one is denying that the illision is real inside the illusion. I'm merely pointing out that you can Awaken to the illusion and see through it. It will make your life in this limited form a lot easier. But don't take my word that this is the way it is - discover it for yourself Are you meditating and following the path? -
Inliytened1 replied to WHO IS's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@WHO IS Well keep in mind it/You are Infinite. You must be because you are groundless. That said Infinity includes ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. It is a singularity of pure potential that includes every possibility that could have ever happened or not happened, without actually playing out. It is pure Isness - free of all duality such as good and evil. So there is no where for it/you to escape yourself other than to start playing it out. To create duality. Good and evil are just two of those dualities. Only in limited dual form do we play out good and evil. God in formlessness is just pure Being and Love. -

@abrakamowse nice quote. I don't know if he ever became a mystic but if not he knew it conceptually -
Inliytened1 replied to WHO IS's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You are reality itself. You are universal, infinite consciousness. You cannot escape yourself. You can only virtually escape yourself by limiting yourself and dividing yourself into smaller, finite consciousness which do not yet know they are the whole of consciousness. The point is to explore yourself as every one of these perspectives by simply being yourself. And ultimately to discover that you are the whole of it and everything is One. WHO IS is one of these perspectives. He is an idea within the Great Mind. He is free to be whatever the hell he wants to be. He can choose to be happy or miserable. Ideally he will have much less suffering if he can find peace and happiness. Suffering only exists in his limited form because the form cannot remain the same form forever, despite its need for survival and it's fight against change - it will ultimately morph and change and parts of it will die and regrow until ultimately it dies altogether. Ideally he will discover what he truly is and this will provide him the highest peace and lead to liberation.
