  1. @Aakash i meant what do you mean go forward with death? To answer your question - everyone's non-dual states are unique but generally you will have certain realizations. Not all at once as it is too much for the finite to absorb. You're consciousness is probably still elevated so you may have them over the next few days - even if it was a glimpse. Glimpses can be very powerful because you have mystically expanded consciousness.
  2. If you are still processing it all that's fine just take your time no need to respond at the moment.
  3. First off that's great - it sounds - and correct me if I'm misinterpreting - that you experienced enlightenment or formlessness. Because yes a non-dual state is the death of the ego but consciousness as the Godhead. So there is the bliss of Being which bursts into divine form and realizations. So what do you mean go forward with death?
  4. Awesome.
  5. @fridjonk indeed. @Jacobsrw Saunas are great too.
  6. It would be pure consciousness or infinity. Think about it. If no one is there to see it there is no difference between it existing or not. It just is itself. Which is what you are fundamentally...but you may need a mystical experience to really become directly conscious of this. Because just like the moon you yourself can go from form to collapsing into pure Being or the formless. That's when materialism will melt away for you.
  7. @Richard Alpert Some "thing" collapses into Being when you are not perceiving it. Form collapses into formlessness. When you perceive something it collapses back in the other direction from formlessness to form. In your finite form you cannot be other perspectives so you do not know what is collapsing into form or formless for them. But the Moon is both form and formless simultaneously.
  8. @Richard Alpert what is something without a perceiver?
  9. @Mada_ listening to music that makes you feel love while meditating can open the flood gates. Think about someone you loved or love while you do it.
  10. Now we're talkin'!
  11. Yes that is what i am saying. But I'm not saying to integrate what they think is a pro or a con..I'm saying use systems thinking, study and analysis and come to a relative consensus by highly conscious beings to integrate both. Ultimately it would have to bring both parties to the same realizations.
  12. We get enough of that in the "real word"...
  13. Well from reading this I'm probably not going to bother with the show because even if its creators are awakened or highly conscious - if they are portraying a character that isn't then it's probably not worth my time.
  14. @electroBeam doing what is counter intuitive to the ego may causes short term discomfort or suffering - like your example - but in the long term or higher sense you are diminishing suffering and aligning with God. It is counterintuitive. All you need is Love
  15. That's what You're doing right now. You're just not conscious of it.
  16. Of course this probably involves most of the world waking up so we have our work cut out for us
  17. @Synchronicity yeah - it shouldn't be studied from only the SD scale...that in itself is limited because it's finite. That said we should turn our attention to uniting the left and the right and bringing society to a higher level of consciousness holistically. Whether one "side" is lower than an other is indeed relative and from a higher POV society is One as a whole and needs to be brought forward.
  18. @ActualizedDavid ill just say this. You have to become directly conscious of it for yourself. So don't even take my word for it..or Leo's...or anyone else. Also keep in mind that Truth is prior to scientific proof.
  19. @winterknight i have discovered with the realization of Oneness that what you are describing is only half the circle. To completely come full circle is to not only to see non-duality as enlightenment but also to see duality as enlightenment. To unify both into One. To have this awareness all the time and see the Oneness that is you in both the form and the formless.
  20. Advaita Vedanta is a very ancient teaching..so we have to take it in context. I believe Preetom has a past post on it which it is explored in detail here on this forum.
  21. @Preetom i like that quote. One must crawl before they can walk.
  22. @Cody_Atzori i think your body will adjust the more you do it. But that's sort of a good problem to even have - it means you are putting the time in. Its Ok to get up and walk around and then get back into meditating again and go again.
  23. @Enlightenment i concur. You can be awake and no longer necessarily "need" to meditate to awaken- but one should want to meditate for the reasons you stated
