It is possible to become directly conscious of Oneness. Not knowing it in theory. Being it.

@Visionary no worries i was coming from a place of respect and not preaching or anything. I have not healed either but i know it's possible. I did lose10 pounds overnight after a mystical experience :)? being totally serious too.

@Identity honestly without a strong pyschedelic you have to be wary of coming from a place of ego which will make you think you are seeking. Because to die it does not want. It wants to survive. Unless you know nothing and just start meditating with some bits of info but not enough for the ego to know the Truth. In that sense its possible but again its a fine line between coming from selflessness and coming from ego. That's why a pyschedelic may be best if you already know too much conceptually and you have already been meditating for a year or more. I awoke in a week of meditation but i stumbled onto it and the conceptual framework and meditation all happened within a week or two's time. Wasnt time for the ego to prepare. It was caught off guard. That's why she said it happens when it happens. Because the ego is caught off guard or stumbles onto awakening. Further awakenings the ego shuts down the system. It doesn't wanna die.

@Visionary when you become conscious of Oneness who else would be doing it? And when you become conscious that you are imagining everything healing is also possible. This is something that you just need direct consciousness of - it cannot be conveyed. And you probably aren't believing it -- you have had your own awakenings already Otherwise i would tell you to be open minded but not take anything on as dogma.

@Exystem Yes infinity cannot be grasped from the finite. It cannot reference itself because it is itself. So that's why an enlightened master can only speak of Truth and those words are partial. It is part of Truth but it is not the whole of it. Truth is something you are but just have to become aware that you are by paradoxically collapsing a you to be aware of it - so that there is only awareness itself as itself. Just have to become conscious that you are Yourself. Pure Being / isness with no reference. I give you Infinity.

@Martin123 well yes but also in a sense in a non-dual state all dualities have collapsed and One is conscious they are One. The self and other duality collapses. But then when duality returns, the separated self now realizes there really is no separation. The ego knows that the ego has been imagined by itself as God so that there could be the appearance of separation. So the "ego" knows that it and God are the same thing. ..God is just appearing as a separate ego - cuz all of that is imaginary. That's when it gets loopy and paradoical. So it's really God that makes sense of the experience.

@Martin123 I'm not sure what you are saying - but we cannot escape contradiction and paradox because of Oneness and you seem to be trying to rationalize this. You can't. I will contradict myself and it will be paradoxical. Because there is only One thing here. I'm not denying form i embrace form. But your true nature is what it is. And when one wakes up to themselves it is miraculous. It's not a denial or a downplay of finite form. Its all One.

@Martin123 the enormity and magnitude of realizing you are God is so miraculous that it is truly beyond human comprehension. Because to truly be conscious of it is to be it - and that's mystical and non-dual. It's absolutely mindblowing and i hope everyone would experience it at least once in their lifetime. Like i said after that all this talk goes out the window.

Sounds like an amazing mystical experience and a glimpse of becoming Infinity. It will open you up. You will cry and cry in bliss and it will feel very liberating. There will be Infinite Love that is too powerful frankly for the human body to contain . It may not have been a total non-dual state but nevertheless powerful. I remember after i became conscious of my true nature afterwards i called some people i needed to make ammends with and told them i loved them and put aside all pride and past grudges. In fact pride was non-existent. It was just pure love. Are you doing meditation practices? There are things during these awakenings that you can become directly conscious of but anyways happy you experienced this. It definitely sounds like it was beyond just being happy. And there is a huge difference between one of these mystical experiences and just feeling happy or emotional. There is a Kundalini energy component that becomes so total.

Simply put - you just need to become conscious of it. That facet hasn't happened yet in your case but it will. Continue self inquiry because it can reveal not only what you aren't but what you are.
