You have more to go as God if you ever want to awaken - and not memorize a bunch of non-duality stuff. God really built up a thick wall for itself when it imagined you. Perhaps that could be mistaking the Absolute for the relative for lack of actually ever being the Absolute. After being the Absolute you come full circle. I mean yes this is the Absolute right here but it is a part not the whole.

Hey bud didnt see the whole thread (took a few days away) but I want to add something to this...the ME being recognized as an illusion - becoming directly conscious of this - or better put - when consciousness becomes consciousness that it is consciousness (awareness itself, which is nothing and everything, otherwise know as God) that is when a non-dual state of consciousness takes place although :takes place" isnt the right word because that implies there is somewhere to take place in when in fact it is just pure Infinity - time and space occur within Infinity - it is just pure isness - pure Absolute Love. So i think maybe you are conflating a non-dual state with just some experience. In fact it is the direct realization that there is no self. And is in fact death. So we are all taking about the same thing really.

Yes indeed ....Being God can be a bit frightening actually. But you are all of reality.

Weed gave me panic attacks too. Its a defense mechanism. The ego does not wish to die and it fears becoming conscious that it is not real but that it is God and that it is an illusion. My advice don't rush it. Go out and live. Work on your baseline consciousness. Meditate and do self inquiry and then trip again when ready.

Love yourself and accept yourself fully. You are perfect just as you are in this present moment. Notice that there are elements of the ego that may cause you suffering as it strives for something to attain "behind the scenes" stemmed from survival instinct. As you grow, experience, and become more conscious, this suffering can in fact further elevate consciousness which will then level off your selfishness into honesty, Truth, and Love.. That is when awakening dawns. Leading to a liberation from all suffering.

Blah blah blah You are in duality right now. Its imaginary but you are in it. You are it actually. You are God dreaming you are a human in order to experience separation. The only way separation can be experienced is through illusion or imagination. So it never occurred and is occurring simultaneously.

@Sizeable Oof the ego can take the idea of seeking a "special mystical experience" and run with it - taking you farther away from Truth or actuality - pure actuality. "Attaining" a non-dual state of consciousness isn't really accurate because the one or small self that would attain is realized to be illusory and pure Consciousness becomes Conscious of itself. Or you can say God becomes conscious of itself. This state of consciousness is what we call a mystical state. In these states of elevated consciousness God experiences itself. That being said - and not coming from a place of ego but rather an open minded curiosity - simply begin self inquiry and listen to Leo's enlightenment videos from the first on as you do self inquiry. Ask questions such as what am i? Am i the body? What do i currently believe i am? Rotate between that and simply meditating by sitting and doing nothing. Stare at your hand or an object and become aware that it is directly actual. Keep doing that for a long long time. Day after day. Do the self inquiry as well until something "happens".

Yeah God has to realize that it just is itself. Think about that. It is itself. It has nowhere to go and no way to get outside of itself to point back at itself because it is omnipresent!
