His questions are legit once you have had a spiritual awakening not a conceptual one. Also there is more to THIS then the realization or facet of Truth that there is no you. Don't get me wrong that is a massive realization and a key facet - but THIS - isn't just happening...its deeper than that and you haven't had those realizations yet. THIS is Infinity - and it's Infinite in every dimension imaginable. That's why God is the best word we can use to describe it with language. The map ain't the territory of course but all we can do here is draw maps. So God, because its Infinite - is what you are fundamentally, and you can become directly conscious of this. There isn't some external entity looking at Infinity (THIS) from a distance.. That is a duality. There is nothing outside of Inifnity. You ARE it. Don't confuse that with the ego that's not what we are discussing here.

To experience Absolute Love. Love is Itself. Itself is Infinity. Oneness. It will result in paradox. This is a feature not a bug. It does.

Death is the easy part. Attachments are the hard part.

@Thought Art a lot of how you look as you get older is going to be genetic. But you can do things we always talk about - diet, exercise, minimize alcohol, etc to keep the body oiled and greased which will keep you feeling good for a very long time barring any major health issue. You can look super young but still feel like total crap if you neglect the body and fill it with toxins all the time.

@dsfs they have limb lengthening surgery now if you have 70k to blow. Its not a really high consciousness thing to do - it is all ego - but its out there.

Consciousness is nothing so you are always nothing. Time and events are actually something you are imagining. You actually never slept a day in your life - meaning total lack of consciousness is something you are imagining - or something consciousness imagines because it is Infinite. This stuff goes really deep.

Infinity is nothingness. If it is not something you are imagining, it exists as Infinity or actual nothing (pure Actuality)

Ultimately it is God's Will - which is your will, since you are God. As a human or your small self, it only appears you have free will - because, well, the small self is but an appearance.

Why are you asking us if we could be imaginary? Find out for yourself!

@actualizing25 in my opinion this is one of the reasons why powerful psychedelics are recommended here. My awakening was via meditation - but the key for me was i stumbled apon spirituality. You already may be at a point where you know too much - meaning the ego has seized awakening for itself and made it its own. Now you have built a web of stories around enlightenment that might act as a shield for the ego, not the other way around. That's how tricky this is. Well lemme tell you, when doing the actual spiritual work the ego will not have a damn thing to say about it. With meditation ego death could happen seamlessly - but in your situation it will more than likely press back at you and recoil in terror - to prevent you from further spiritual work....but with a powerful psychedelic it would be overwhelmed and slain seamlessly - and this whole conversation becomes a moot point. Something to keep in mind.

Nicely stated. One could say its solipsism as God but at that point the definition has changed. Why bother with trying to capture it with names of theories. Why not just say it's God.

I'm claiming that you can become directly conscious that you as God are dreaming up this entire material universe (small u) and everything in it - including "conscious" beings and including "yourself". In truth beings don't have consciousness, Consciousness holds beings.

No. Nothingness, Infinity, and Consciousness are identical. You need an awakening.

If you ain't awake you will still believe all there is is concept - and thus will be still comparing concepts. Because they are imaginary and exist within your consciousness. If you were awake you would be conscious of this. Its not a theory - Truth is prior to theory and proof and will never be proven. This takes awakening - Sam ain't awake nor are you or you would not be posting this. Just the facts. Proof is 2nd order and held within Truth. Truth is Infinity. Infinity is Consciousness. If you were awake you would be conscious of this. Reality is not a theory. it's just what is.

Correct - that is most likely going to be the case because they are so firmly locked into that ideology from years of indoctrination. And why they will most likely never progress beyond stage Blue.

If he had an actual God awakening he would understand the difference between the word God in the context of post rational vs pre-rational and would need to articulate this to his students.

I haven't listened to much of him - but i think he really still believes consciousness exists within the brain - and that's it - not that materialism is nested within idealism. That materialism is it.

And in the days that followed, while consciousness was still highly elevated, i recall seeing a squirrel getting squished by a car on the road....and i recall being conscious that the squirrel was just an idea dissolving in the mind of God. In my Mind
