  1. Same thing. You don't need to learn it. When you discover God by being God you know it and are it simultaneously. The knowing and being collapse.
  2. @James123 have you ever collapsed thinking/knowing into Being as you talk about? You will then know stuff. Because actually Being and knowing are One.
  3. @RedLine when it hits ya you'll be roiling around on the floor drowning in it.
  4. @snowyowl everything is God. And thus everything is You! It's just a matter of becoming conscious of it.
  5. You as the separate self that youre posting this as cannot be God because God realization is the disintegration of that. God is God. But when we say you are God we mean that ultimately or Absolutely there is no separation between you and God because all of this is One. All separation is illusion. Many who have attained the realization of no self will then describe it as "this" . And feel they need to refrain from the word "you" because they are using the word "you" in the context of the ego, which has been revealed as illusory. It is this, but the word this seems to lack something. This is aware, this is sentient. And this is not separate from you as God. Language can only get across so much and then breaks down....The word "you" can be tricky - it does not have to mean a biological self or the idea of an ego. It can be used to mean God or Infinity. You are God is ithe same as God is God.
  6. Understood - the statement was not meant to imply that it was entirely ego development, though perhaps the statement came out that way....but rather that it certainly must be included as a component. If not, we are creating yet another duality. It also depends on one's definition of ego. I consider the ego to be one's entire sense of self - this includes the physical body but also their conceptual identity and everything that comprises that identity. So keeping the body fit, for example, would be considered development. As would be "Having all the technologies at hand" as in the quote, or "being good both ways, making them a "guru" and not a "saint", etc etc. Or such things as expanding one's view on the world, or even working towards selflessness. There is nothing inheritently "wrong" with any of this of course.
  7. @Phrenic cool...sounds like these teachings and practices can lead to enlightenment but at the same don't dwell on it as the primary focus (which paradoxically can lead to it quicker) but rather a sense of balance and embrace of all things - both duality and non-duality. So that one can enjoy a deeper sense of well being. Personally I am of the same view as Sadhguru in that I have no issue with form or bias towards formlessness. This does mean I will have bias towards form in some fashion but that's awesome ? this is how ego development and spirituality unite.
  8. @Phrenic yes regarding his quote above - this is where you essentially eliminate any bias or leaning towards a particular finite form or self. You just remain in a state of selflessness. That would include eating and drinking.. But here one must be careful that it is not the ego secretly shifting bias So this also means it will expedite the "death" of the finite form or the finite mind in which consciousness has been localized. This "self" which is imaginary, will very quickly cease when all bias is removed. If there is still any attachment to form - or to formlessness - then this will not happen. So I do not necessarily mean "physical" death, which is also imaginary.
  9. @CBDinfused think of these as different facets of the same Truth. They are facets of the Absolute while simultaneously they are the Absolute. And you can become conscious of one facet of the Absolute while not become conscious of another facet. That doesn't mean you didn't awaken to the Absolute.
  10. Love ya yeah i figured you were kidding...BTW my advice is drop the Iphone and go with android!!
  11. They exist at separate coordinates in the dimension of space otherwise they would be one phone
  12. @Naked Paradox the very first non-dual experience i had was the same exact scenario (down to the tee) and was instantaneous as was yours. It was a state of consciousness so Divine that no words could ever do it justice. It didn't last long but i was fully conscious that this was a state that was reserved for the Divine. No need to do anything different...you're on your way
  13. This trips a lot of folks up but Nothing and Consciousness and Infinity are all identical. Consciousness is what you get when you remove all limitations (Infinity). You get a nothing that is everything...you get mind - as there is nothing to ground it - it is itself. So you get appearance without substance.
  14. Exactly. Its just one infinite Mind imagining shit. That's it. All divisions are imagined by this Mind.
  15. @Alistair Kershaw yes i have. If you go deep enough this is the ultimate consequence of non-duality. You are alone as God. It is very hard for the ego to accept at first. Careful what you wish for...but It will get much better and even liberating and wonderful.. Alone = All-one.
  16. As soon as you stop imagining me i cease to exist. Furthermore, as soon as you stop imagining that you are the small you, it also ceases to exist and you will be infinite Consciousness.
  17. There is no difference between you and me - that duality ultimately must break down - they can be used interchangeably.
  18. @Gesundheit well as crazy as it sounds its happening through your/my infinite intelligence right now but through that same infinite intelligence your also limiting yourself so that you are not conscious of that - if you were, reality would dematerialize and you wouldn't be able to have such realism. So you lose yourself in your own mind.
  19. @Gesundheit nah..i became conscious of it via meditation. I should add that when what i mean by all one is not just your finite mind but that you are Infinite Mind. I think the general consensus on solipsism is that all there is is the finite mind or ego mind. That's not what we are pointing to here but many may misunderstand that.
  20. Its even more radical. Its completely one. You're imagining that there are other bubbles. Just as right now i am imagining that you are not imaginary.
  21. @Someone here it can feel like your going insane when you have no certainty about anything. When you lose your ground so to speak. When you can't be sure about anything. This is the underlying cause for OCD. This can cause you to doubt everything. This is very unpleasant for the ego and can trigger anxiety because the ego needs reality to have a ground - and wants to believe it has everything figured out. But when you can't tell the difference between what's real/true or not real/true anymore it can cause you to lose your grip on reality. You can also feel like your going insane when everything you thought was true is recontextualized and revealed as something else entirely. Especially if its big enough where your whole identity is tied to it. Such as being a scientist your whole life and then realizing there is no objective reality... best example i can give on that though is when during a state of what you can call God Consciousness i became conscious that all of reality was never separate from me, that all others are me, and that as God i was imagining it all. This shatters and radically recontextualizes everything and can definitely make the ego feel like its going insane because its sense of identity is wrapped up in the sense of self vs others.
  22. Well you don't need awakening... But if you want Truth then it can be known for certain. Right now you are in a traditional, what you could call normal, dualistic state of consciousness - as am i - but with awakening you will access a non-dual Infinitely higher state of consciousness. That's the claim anyway - up to you to find out if its true.
  23. No you can have total understanding of the nature of reality through awakening. And there will be no denying it...
  24. How could it exist outside how it is being held within your consciousness right now? Might need to apply some intuition here to get it - The Big Bang actually exists as a thought in your mind, and it's impossible to exist any other way.
