Being deprived of sex sucks. A lot. But what makes it even worse is knowing that other people are doing it. Guys who are not me are having the pleasures that I can only dream of. I like to focus on one goal or one activity per day now. And it's working really well. I think the problem that most of us have is that we want many things. Indeed. It might seem pointless to play a video game all day but it strengthens your focus muscle. Try watching a movie without checking your phone.
