  1. @BjarkeT Thank you! Good luck to you also, with whatever you're dealing with at the moment!
  2. @TheAvatarState Oh nice! What changes do you want to make? I'm writing a physical journal. Is there any pros to the self-actualization journal on here?
  3. What do you mean exactly?
  4. @Mezanti Find your Life Purpose. Have a vision for your future. Build good habits around that, start small. Learn to embrace the discomfort of challenges by just watching it like you would watch the clouds or thoughts. Reward yourself when you've overcome a hurdle. Have the daily goal to take action, write a to-do list for that. I wish you all the best! You're in a good place mentally, which is the crucial first step. Now it's time for doing. You will achieve you goals, I'm sure of that! Just focus on one day at a time and always remind yourself of your goals!
  5. @Elysian I find it interesting what you're saying. In your opinion you should not strive to become something, rather just let go of control and act from the state of space/love?
  6. @BjarkeT I also think that's the best approach. Sometimes you just have to suffer/feel discomfort to make real progress.
  7. @BjarkeT @CreamCat Yes! I decided to change one at a time, thanks to both of you!
  8. @ivankiss haha same I want to reach the next level this year, taking this path more seriously. What do you do to become Superhuman?
  9. @TheAvatarState Wow I'm impressed, this sounds like a very good way to approach this. I will hit you up if I have some further questions about this, thank you very much!
  10. @TheAvatarState Oh many. Cold Showers, Deep Work, a strong work ethic, a morning routine, being more mindful, 8h of sleep, more self love to just name a few Oh and I'm also thinking about doing the NoFap challenge for the whole year
  11. @denydritz Yes it is important to first know the direction! I like that you want "good for everyone", keep it up! How do you go about achieving this clarity/vision/purpose? I'm in the same position right now.
  12. @TheAvatarState Of course it's an illusion but I just wanted to start new habits and this seemed like a good opportunity
  13. @Sahil Pandit Sounds good, wish you success! I heard that building a habit takes about 66 days, why did you choose 30 days?
  14. @Theta I really like this playful exercise idea! This way you stay fit and at the same time aren't too harsh on yourself. Not everything on this path has to be too serious.
  15. @TheAvatarState That's also an option I always have in the back of my mind, yet the counter-intuitiveness often seems me to write it off. You mean that you make mindfulness the number one priority and from that space of peace you do the things you need to do resulting in more patience, indurance, less resistance, more focus etc.?
  16. @Eric Tarpall So multiple at once? I like the long term vision here.
  17. @TheAvatarState So by having a vision and being mindful you can install more than just one habit at time?
  18. @ivory Yes I'm impatient and want to have my ideal life right now But slow and steady wins the race. Like Leo often said: Be the tortoise, not the hare!
  19. @Sahil Pandit Oh I didn't know that one before, thanks!
  20. @Leon_Mao Yes it was helpful, thank you!
  21. @Sahil Pandit What do you mean by an infrastructure?
  22. @Theta How does Playful Excercise and Deep Work Schedule exactly look like? Two interesting points!
  23. @aurum Ah okay, now I have a more clear picture of life coaching. Thank you for taking your time!
  24. Your experiences would be very helpful because I'm considering this path myself!
  25. @aurum If you're not offering advice, what then?
