  1. Bendito Machine: A series of short films portraying mindless capitalism. (Except that last one which was really more about war)
  2. Very Stage Orange hating on Green
  3. This is not a video. But I still think it's very relevant.
  4. Why can't you use any other Windows DAW?
  5. Why not? In all seriousness, though. Meditation has been the greatest thing I've discovered so far. But you're not going to see it with out hundreds of hours of direct practice. Just do it.
  6. @littleBIG Drop it. Drop the "benefits" chasing. Just do it.

  8. @Leo Gura Obviously, I'm saying this in advance considering the circumstances. Hopefully, you actually read this before you start your month-long meditation challenge. May The Force guide you as you attempt to conquer the Dark Side.
  9. HA! Brilliant!
  10. He stopped touring because he got acute pancreatitis from excessive drinking.
  11. Very good strategy here. But you need to be thinking less about money. You've got much bigger fish to fry.
  12. @littleBIG Ha! Been there before. I know how it feels. It will pass but it will take a lot of inner work and contemplation about what happened. Bottomline is, you have to accept that people tend to underestimate how closed-minded they actually are. If they're wrong, it's up to them to realize their ignorance on their own. Don't waste your time trying to force them to see truth. Some practical guidelines: If it's on the internet. Try not to talk to them again, ever. Debating and Arguing is addictive, and also a waste of time Be more understanding as to why people cling to their beliefs Self-Reflect. Especially in regards to your knee-jerk emotional reactions
  13. Hey, at least your not unemployed anymore like I still am. But perhaps the problem is that being a Sales Manager does not really give you the kind of work that you enjoy and can be passionate about. You know, just a thought. P.S. If it's not too much to ask, how long were you unemployed exactly?
  14. Just did my first solo Holotropic Breathwork session today. It was pretty intense. It felt way more intense than I expected it to be. I can't give an exact chronological timeline of the events that occurred during the 30 mins I did it because I sorta lost track of time while I was doing it. But here's a short summary of what I experienced: Strong Feelings of Vibration all over my body especially around the tips of my fingers An odd 'moving' sensation in my gut whenever I slowed down my breathing after not being able to handle the intensifying vibrations Mild Paralysis when the vibrations got really strong (including the muscles that I use to breath making breathing more difficult) Slight Pain in my hands and fingers after the session, mostly felt when trying to move my fingers. These stuff basically caught me off guard. I couldn't tell whether what was happening was good or bad or whether or not it was normal. I read a reddit post about a similar experience here. It basically confirms for me that the strong vibrations are normal but I wasn't able to breakthrough them to reach an emotional release of some sort because I became too scared to surrender myself fully to the sensations. Whenever the vibrations got too strong, I'd slow down my breathing or even pause it for a few seconds. So that was my first time. Would appreciate any advice or help from anyone who reads this. I want to know if I'm doing anything wrong or if I shouldn't even be doing this breathwork in the first place. Lastly, here are some other things I probably should mention: I forgot to play music during the session I did it with my eyes open when I probably should have done it closed
  15. @Leo Gura I'd like to thank you about teaching me about meditation and enlightenment. Had a pretty freaky experience last week when I noticed that my eyes actually don't exist.
  16. Some guy already made a shorter documentary about the same topic a few months ago.
  17. Yeah but how does one go about effectively removing that fear? Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
