  1. Such arrogance. You are not worth my time. I've already spent too much mental effort responding to your infantile rantings.
  2. Haha. That's a dogmatic reaction, ironically. That video I posted wasn't even about arguments, it was to display what open-mindedness looks like. Nothing I say will change your mind, you are lost. When you're extremely dogmatic, you will deny it. The article you linked did not even debunk institutional racism. It just pointed out that there is a culture that could make cops hesitate (200ms longer) to shoot a black criminal for fear that it might make them look racist. Did YOU even read the article you keep spamming posting?
  3. This is an overly-simplistic take on the topic. Your attitude is one of outright dogmatism. Edit: Here's how an open-minded person actually thinks.
  4. I really think you should look into the matter a lot deeper. Just pointing out Systemic Racism to you isn't going to help much.
  5. @John Iverson Yeah, people respect pilots because pilots are not mediocre. Most people are not pilots. Why would you assume that mediocre people don't recognize greatness when they see it?
  6. Looting and rioting serves a purpose, it's deliberately provocative and helps get attention for the voices who have been left unheard for a long time. Sometimes positive change has collateral damage because of long pent-up emotions. You don't know anything about anyone you've never met. All you saw was a video. Of course, you "imagined his sadness" because for the most part this is all just imagination. You don't know if he's been fine after that video or if he's gone off into the deep end into suicidal thinking. You don't even know if he has a family and children. Classic Stage Blue expectations. This is one of Trump's talking points. And Lara has a strong incentive to defend the president. She also tried to defend Trump's accusation that a TV show host he doesn't like murdered somebody.
  7. All you folks worrying about mainstream media censorship really should think about how sensitive snowflakes you are. Conspiracies are still very prolific in the mainstream space but a small course of action done in a single instance of censorship and you lose your minds. Trump's tweet wasn't even removed, his account wasn't banned, it was just flagged but the resulting reaction from Trumpists, Libertarians, and Trump himself just goes to show how little desire you people have to play fair. Alex Jones gets banned for spreading a dangerous conspiracy that led to innocent families of school-shooting victims getting harassed and suddenly there's an anti-conspiracy bias. Meanwhile right-wing conspiracies continue to gain traction and amass a significant amount of support, bringing many people into conservative ideologies, and somehow the right is being oppressed by left-wing censorship. What Twitter did was bold but not even nearly enough to tackle blatant misinformation. Mark Zuckerberg, known child-molester, has come out and said that social media platforms should not be the "arbiter of truth". Oh did I mention that he's a pedophile? Yeah it's true , I'm totally not just making that up for satirical purposes.
  8. SLOW THE FRIG DOWN, MAN! This is getting out of hand. You are not worth my time to take seriously yet you keep bombarding us with multiple different points in one post that would take a lot of effort to respond to individually. So I won't. The only thing I can say is that you keep getting your information from sources that are full of shit, including Elon Musk. You're skating on thin ice here. Just like your buddy, Donald. This sort of thing is never tolerated on this forum.
  9. Followed by Paul Joseph Watson. Imagine my shock.
  10. Chill, man. The world is fine. Focus on your own issues.
  11. Ah if only you've grown up like me. No money and had to scour the internet for free games as a kid. You ain't a true gamer yet if you haven't enjoyed the likes of Neverball and Dink Smallwood.
  12. Whatever happened to Mike's Mystery Team business? He hasn't yet responded to the note I sent him via carrier pigeon. I need someone to investigate the strange noises I keep hearing in my attic. Or maybe I should just spend less time watching adult cartoons.
  13. This is pretty creepy cult-like mentality.
  14. Seems like an overreaction for a few deleted comments. What was this deleted comment about anyway?
  15. I think he's a little more Orange than you might think but not a Toxic stage orange. He's more of a Orange/Green liberal.
  16. This isn't really about materialism. It's just mainstream self-help stuff.
  17. Electronic music is a big part of my Life Purpose. These are the sort of sounds clips that would be perfect for a Techno song. Lots of repetition tends to be good for it. Problem is I don't want to make a song that's full of swearing lol.
  18. I don't. I definitely don't. And going by what Leo's says. 99.99% doesn't mean everything. I think he's trying to communicate to you just how rare and difficult letting go of survival actually is.
  19. I'm not talking from an absolute perspective. This IS a relative perspective that I'm coming from.
  20. I didn't say they consciously label it all as basic survival. To primitive cavemen, the emotions that would motivate them to run from a tiger licking its lips and brandishing a dinner fork would be the same emotions that would motivate a CEO who lives his life in the safety of his expensive condo to avoid letting his business go under and destroying his reputation and self-image. EDIT: It's probably even worse for the CEO because they're more likely to consider suicide as a means of escape.
  21. True. But there are still degrees to that. Different people on different levels of the class spectrum have different ideas of what "basic survival" means. For some people it could mean "keeping my mega-corporation afloat".
  22. @The observer Survival is more than just preserving the illusion of the body. It is about preserving ALL illusion, I think this is what you're missing here.
  23. Don't get complacent. There's still a chance he could be re-elected.
  24. Marriage noun noun: marriage; plural noun: marriages 1. the legally or formally recognized union of two people as partners in a personal relationship (historically and in some jurisdictions specifically a union between a man and a woman). Government ain't forcing anyone to get married. Gay marriage policy only increases the possibilities for certain types of people to get married. That way the liberals can be liberals and the conservatives can go sulk in a corner.
